Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity.
