The taste is light and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness and umami 😚 and a refreshing acidity, with a slight grape🍇 like aroma 😘. Good evening! From the past history, I'll upload the sakes I drank at #Ginura Sake Bar. This time, it's "Senshin". This sake is made by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata Prefecture. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

Purchased at the new "Haneda Airport Garden" at Haneda Airport, an antenna store for the Yamakoshi area in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The rice used is "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata Prefecture. In short, it is a rich and full-flavored Junmai-shu. It has a classical taste and looks good when heated! I've wanted to try Manotsuru for a long time. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. The taste is mature and sweet. The taste is sharp and disappears quickly. I've drunk all of the breweries on Sado Island, but I don't remember the taste of Kitayuki, so I'd like to try it again.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea I'm not sure if it's a good price I'm a first year working man and I'm broke so I got a small bottle... 🤣 The sake is dry and crisp with a nice flavor. The Daiginjo is easy to drink despite its firmness. It's delicious!

Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. Even so, I heard that the owner stubbornly continued to make sour sake. (^○^) Nowadays, with the Shinsai boom, Yoemon's sour sake is also selling well, especially outside of the prefecture.
