Iwate Prefecture is Morioka's sake. It is brewed with Gin Ginga. It has sweetness and sourness, but it is dry and refreshing. It is best to drink it cold. It has a good aroma of Ginjo. Sake of Gifu Prefecture. It is sour and delicious as its name. At first, it was so sour that I felt uncomfortable, but as I drank more and more, it became a habit. This is a bottle that shows the depth of sake. The aroma and sweetness are reserved, and it has a clean and dry taste. I wonder if it would be good as an aperitif. Another jacket buy. Thanks to this, I was able to find an interesting sake. I'd like to try the other series from Otsuka Shuzo.

Sake from Niigata. This sake is made by the Shirataki Sake Brewery in Jozennyosui, and is sold only to the Yoro no Taki Group. It is freshly brewed and nigori. It was the first time for this series to be nigori. I had no choice but to drink it. There was plenty in the glass and plenty in the saucer, so I felt like I was getting a bargain. I'm simply happy to have this kind of thing. Let's see, it's only been 4-5 days since it was squeezed, so it's certainly fresh. It's very tasty, and you can clearly taste the flavor of the rice and a good amount of sweetness. This is the most expensive sake in this shop, but you should drink it. (It's still cheap.) This is a sake from Fukushima. It is brewed with rice from Fukushima such as Gohyakumangoku. This is an autumn sake from Roman. I don't know when it was opened in the store, so I can't say for sure, but I thought the aroma and taste were more subdued and milder than any of the other Romans I've had (well, two or three...). The aroma seems to stand out more when it's heated than when it's cold. That said, it's still a delicious and beloved Fukushima sake.

Sake from Kanagawa. The aroma is moderate. In the mouth, there is a light sweetness of rice, and later a spicy taste. It's not overpowering, so it's a good sake to have on hand to go with meals. Sake from Gifu. This one is said to be a "Hyakujuro Sakura" aged for about a year. Unfortunately, I've never drunk it before, so I can't tell the difference at all, but aside from that, it was a fruity but firm sake.
