Fluffy and old-fashioned taste. Great sake that never goes out of style! It is a great cold sake, but it also tastes great warmed up! It is mildly delicious, but has a dry aftertaste that is not felt with cold sake! A taste that is ever-changing! Great as a mid-meal drink as well! I'm not a big fan of this type of sake, but this sake is very good! Bringing this to a home party with more sake than you can drink would be a great conversation starter! 4.5

My favorite special junmai in Kikusen's lineup A traditional sake that is neither sweet nor spicy. Delicious at all temperatures, from cold to warmed. It's too versatile to be used as a food sake or as a secret ingredient in dishes. For the price, I always order it from a liquor store in Shizuoka prefecture as a regular sake! 4.5

I don't know how long this sake has been in our house, even though it is stored at 0°C. The first time I drank something of Otters in Matsue, I was really impressed with its memory! It doesn't come back... It's good, but now it's just ordinary? Maybe it's the storage. 3.0
