I don't know how long this sake has been in our house, even though it is stored at 0°C. The first time I drank something of Otters in Matsue, I was really impressed with its memory! It doesn't come back... It's good, but now it's just ordinary? Maybe it's the storage. 3.0

It's one rank inferior to Shizuku and Ishidaya in terms of taste. I'm tempted to try it heated for fun... But it's possible.

Chiba's well-known sake The recent Sangiku is incomparably better than the old Sangiku. Even though it is a trendy taste, everyone will love this taste. As a citizen of Chiba Prefecture, I am very happy to drink it! 4.5

When cold, it has a smooth taste and is good as a food sake. As the temperature rises, it becomes sweeter and a little bit dry. 3.5

Not as dry as I expected. Sweet at first, piquant later. It tastes good cold, but as the temperature rises, it becomes milder. Excellent for a special honjozo. 4.0
