First time! Kirinzan....not much aroma....sweet and bitter, then sharp! Enjoy the delicious taste of Koshitanrei. The best and strongest for Niigata sake 🍶Meal sake 🍶 🍶 😀 Today, I'm having dinner with seasonal "Kogomi" and "Asatsuki" & Sashimi.......enjoying the spring ☘️

There's more past drinking and outside drinking 🤣. Kirinzan Potari Potari Gohyakumangoku (Junmai Ginjyo Nama sake) Unlike Koshitanrei, this one is very juicy in both aroma and taste. ❗️ It's really like a white grape! The sweet and sour taste reminds me of wine. ❗️ This one is also nostalgic and delicious👍

I was told it was more on the sweet side, but it seemed flat. I don't feel any spiciness. Also, the alcohol taste is weak. I think it is easy to drink.

Manazuru goes well with heated sake. Delicious 😋 blown in the autumn breeze. Mellow and flowing. The austere label is nice too.

Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.

I'm not sure 🏠. I think I'll drink some more 🍶. I bought this with ZOO. Sweetness of brewed alcohol ZOO might be easier to drink 😅 Scallops grilled with Tasake sauce for entrée! ⬆️ I went to Aomori so I bought scallops ✌️ Aomori scallops are delicious 🎶. hokke Kinpira gobo (fried burdock root) pickled sweet potato with wasabi It is cold;:((՞-﹏-՞));::: It is cold. It's been cold in the morning and evening for a few days, so it might be good to drink it warmed up 🍶.

Here is another Kashen Kunimare. This time it's 900ml version. It's a little bit cheaper. It's as good as ever.

The second sake is from Japan's northernmost sake brewery, Kunimei! It's sake from Hokkaido - how could it not go well with crab! I thought. We had it with grilled crab meat in the shell as a side dish. Without a doubt, it was the perfect sake for crabs and seafood.

A gift from my parents-in-law. The first time I drank it, it was also good❗️ In the basic refreshing, there is also a strong taste of rice, as a medium sake in the meal is very good😆. I enjoyed it with spring bonito and firefly squid. Thank you to my father and mother-in-law😊.

Last of the day. It has been a while since I had this one. It has a medium mouthfeel, with a spicy and umami richness from the mid-palate. It goes on and on until the aftertaste.

Rice used is unknown There is a bunch! It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling. The sense of maturity is also there. The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue. The sharpness is not bad either. As the temperature rises, it becomes milder. This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

The Pacific Ocean with a view of the Pacific Ocean With sama sushi bought at a supermarket near Shingu Station... They go well together. Sushi is a refreshing contrast to sake, which is very strong when you drink it. The combination of local sake, local snacks, and local scenery is the best!

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

100% Chiba rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Date of production: June 25 First Chiba sake: ☺️ This is a super new sake that was just made yesterday✨. The first taste is koji, followed by sweetness and a lingering alcohol taste, which I personally experienced for the first time. I visited the brewery and the proprietress was very nice and let me try some tasting and I had a good time shopping 😉. It goes great with the local sesame pickles 😘. I didn't put it on the picture, but the fresh pickled pepper they were selling is also very tasty...!
