The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat). Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.

I've wanted to try Manotsuru for a long time. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. The taste is mature and sweet. The taste is sharp and disappears quickly. I've drunk all of the breweries on Sado Island, but I don't remember the taste of Kitayuki, so I'd like to try it again.

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

A modern sake brewed by Aoki Shuzo, famous for Tsururei. It is completely different from the cup of sake Yukio that I drank before. It is sweet with a sour taste, but not cloying and very easy to drink. It was a low-alcohol, fresh summer sake, but when I checked the production date, it was about a year ago.... I think it was sold at room temperature (not in the refrigerator), so I wonder if it is not a summer sake. Well, it tasted good to me, so I don't have a problem with it.
