Purchased at the new "Haneda Airport Garden" at Haneda Airport, an antenna store for the Yamakoshi area in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. The rice used is "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata Prefecture. In short, it is a rich and full-flavored Junmai-shu. It has a classical taste and looks good when heated! Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I've wanted to try Manotsuru for a long time. The rice is Gohyakumangoku. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a gorgeous apple-like ginjo aroma. The taste is mature and sweet. The taste is sharp and disappears quickly. I've drunk all of the breweries on Sado Island, but I don't remember the taste of Kitayuki, so I'd like to try it again.
