I served it with a side dish of pickled round eggplant with sake lees (made by Naritaya Brewery in Matsudai). Delicious, but well, salty 😆 Nagano's food has a lot of preserved foods. The tamari soy sauce here is very tasty.
I went bankrupt in these times, but I bought it online because I was told it was available.
I first drank it at room temperature and found it to be refreshing, but with a lot of flavor.
I was told that it was best to warm it up, so I tried it in the following order: top warmed, hot, and lukewarm.
The hotter the sake was, the stronger it was.
Lukewarm is the easiest to drink.
