This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido.
I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different.
You can feel the sweetness of the rice, and there is a bitter taste at the end. It is a refreshing type and very easy to drink.
We received a lot of sake from Hokkaido, so we will try to taste and upload it little by little.

A Drink to Remember Series (5)
In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶.
The memory reminds me of the faint muscat-like aroma and sharp sharp sharpness 😋.
The beauty of the label with the brand name, the wish behind the name "Fuyu Hanabi", and the taste of the local sake when you drink it on a trip...it was one of the reasons I became a sake lover 🎵.
I still see it at Sake-no-wa from time to time, so I couldn't help but fish it out from old photos 😆.
By the way, the picture was taken when I drank it with my family at the New Year's celebration after I returned from my trip.
The other bottle in the picture, "Yukikirara", will be introduced another time ✨😉👍️

This is Kitanoshiki Houmon Honjozo. It is a little dry sake, but you can feel the sweetness. It is a delicious sake.
