I wish I could have been there to see it all! The other day I walked past the liquor section of a large supermarket and found a familiar name for a sake 😁I found Chitoku, the gateway to Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎 breaking through the impregnable castle gate of Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎. It's a cup of sake, but it's a celebration. If I hadn't seen the sakenowa, I wouldn't have noticed it. Thank you all 😄😄😄.

I tasted it during the New Year holidays. I thought it was arabashiri, but the staff mistakenly put shiboritate in it 🤣. It was fresh and easy to drink even though it had been fired once.

Today, following yesterday's Aizan drinking event, I went to the Osaka Bay Tower's Japanese sake festival event 😀. I was informed in advance by bouken-san that there was a sake that Saku-san usually does not have, so I made a toast with his wife with that sake 😇. The sake was even clearer and fruity than Saku's usual sake, and we were very satisfied from the start 😀. During the live taiko performance by three women, my wife and I, who are both learning taiko, were overwhelmed by their amazing performance 😇. We were able to compare over 130 different types of sake, but my favorite was from Yamazaru, a brewery located in Asa, Yamaguchi Prefecture 😇. From the aroma to the mouthfeel, it was right up my alley👍! I had a chance to talk to the brewer and asked him about the stores in the Kansai area that carry it.

Takachidai Takagami Aoban 2023BY It's been a long time since I've had a sake with alcohol, and while all Takagusuku's are delicious, this Aoban is the first one in my house 🙌 They also released a four-pack bottle this season, which I'm very thankful for ☺️ Now, from the aroma, there is a fresh fruity aroma of muscat and lychee, and the mouthfeel has a pleasant balance of fruity sweetness and acidity 😊 It is very tasty with a softness and lightness that does not make you feel like it is alsodeye 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

At home. This is the first time I've had sake from Hokkaido. I thought that Hokkaido's sake was more alcoholic, but it was completely different. A Drink to Remember Series (5) In the early summer of 2015, I planned to take my car on a ferry to Wakkanai, Hokkaido, and when I arrived safely in Wakkanai, I had a drink at a yakitori restaurant for the first time in my life 🍶. Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.
