The unique mellow aroma of rice? Aroma of mellow rice...Sweet and spicy with a strong sweetness. There is also a slight sourness? The bitterness in the aftertaste is not bothersome... It disappears quickly. Brewed with 50% Miyamanishiki and 50% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is truly a hybrid of the best of both worlds. Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Today, my wife and son bought some Hakuryu Nigori👍 at a nearby Aeon. Thanks for telling me that you saw Hakuryu nigori sake with a warning sign on it so you bought it for me ❣️ I've been drinking beer and shochu on the days we don't have sake at home, but it doesn't suit my constitution or something 😅I wake up at least 3 times during the night and rush to the bathroom 🤔❓I'm still not sure if it's the amount of sake I drink or the fact that it's alcoholic or not 🤔❓ Well then, open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is lactic acid with a hint of alcohol. The taste is also lactic acidic with a strong carbonation 👍It has 18% alcohol by volume so if I finish it, I will get very drunk 🤣. I'd recommend it more as a standalone drink than as a food drink 😆.

A trip to visit a brewery. We went to Kurikoma, the hometown of the person who helped us. We visited our favorite brewery, Senda Sake Brewery in Okutsuru Kurikoma Mt. According to the young master, even weak drinkers can be satisfied, so we bought this one. We will drink it from now on.

Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

A bottle given to me by my predecessor, who recently reached retirement age. He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake! The nose has a fruity ginjo aroma, but the fragrance is subdued. The mouthfeel has a gentle, round sweetness and a satisfying umami.
