The unique mellow aroma of rice? Aroma of mellow rice...Sweet and spicy with a strong sweetness. There is also a slight sourness? The bitterness in the aftertaste is not bothersome... It disappears quickly. Brewed with 50% Miyamanishiki and 50% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is truly a hybrid of the best of both worlds. I've had my eye on this sake for a while, so I'm very satisfied with this one. Nagano sake is high quality...I'm having a little bit of it with some pickled bonito as a snack...

Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

Another brand of Imi no Kura! They say it's the same tank as the Jun Gin from the Imi brewery. It has sourness and bitterness in the sweetness that is typical of Imi. It's like a sake-within-a-sake! I've reserved a bottle for next season and I'm looking forward to it😆.

Chiyonohana! Sugihara Sake Brewery's opening sake 🍶. It is made from this sake every year! The brewer told me that it might be astringent right after opening the bottle, but I still feel the astringency behind the sweetness! At first, I drank only one sake and left it for 5 days! The sweetness and deliciousness spread 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. I guess I should listen to the brewery's opinion carefully 👂👂👂. The dharma figurine called Sugihara Dharma was gone before I knew it! I wonder if something will be displayed again 😃.

At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

At Changlong Brewpark. The second drink was Shikisaki. We were told that it is recommended as a food sake, so we had it with our bento. It is a dry sake with a strong umami flavor that can be savored slowly. It has a completely different taste from the Sakurabito we had earlier, and is good for variety. ‼️ We got tipsy and bought some souvenirs for our holiday.

Dry with a hint of flavor. Almost room temperature at the beginning of the drink. No sweetness whatsoever! But it's not hard to drink. I don't know if this is a good analogy, but I drink it as a very light shochu. It's meant to be a sipping drink, but it goes into your body quickly! The second day starts with a cold sake. On the back of the label, it says it's a little dry. Perhaps because it is an unpasteurized sake, it doesn't have a strong alcoholic flavor, but it does have a bitter aftertaste and a tongue-tickling sensation. It may not be suitable for those who don't like the dry taste.

They use a yeast called "Kyo no Koto" which was jointly developed by Sasaki Shuzo and the Kyoto City Institute of Industrial Technology. If that's the case, why don't they write it on the label? It's quite floral, but banana-like. At the end, the sourness kills it. So far, I don't think I've had a bad bottle of Fuoh.

I bought it at ●Maya because I thought it was rare to find Tomiou's Yamahai. It was sweet with lactic acidity. Then there is a bitterness with a graininess. A little peculiar? A little nutty. Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (¡Ω) Very yellow. Delicious and mellow as expected! Although from the Fushimi brewery, this sake would definitely be better suited to those who prefer San-in sake! I've been afraid to go to Kyoto since the new cologne, but this makes me want to go to Fushimi to buy some! But I still don't have the guts to take the train only in the direction of Kyoto where there are many tourists! At home. First Hiroshima, first Saijotsuru. The aroma seems to have a strong alcohol feeling. The sourness spreads in the mouth, and the sweetness comes a little later. Tonight, we paired this first sake with Japanese food for dinner. Saijotsuru Jun Dai Black Label Hibi Seishin Nakadori Nama Sake✨. I have not had much luck with Hiroshima sake so far, but I hope this will be a new encounter for you: ☺️ I've never had much luck with Hiroshima sake, but I'm hoping to meet some new people. Is Tachika a characteristic of the rice? Is it the yeast? The aroma is not so strong, but it is a bit of a "chemi" aroma. The taste has the fresh acidity and clear quality of Nakadori Nama-shu, with soft fruit flavors of muscat and lychee, and finishes crisply with a dry taste with a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half. It is perfect as a food sake and does not interfere with meals, but it is also delicious when drunk on its own 😋.

Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

The other day I walked past the liquor section of a large supermarket and found a familiar name for a sake 😁I found Chitoku, the gateway to Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎 breaking through the impregnable castle gate of Miyazaki Prefecture 🐎.
