Sake in Iki City, Nagasaki.
I would like to visit Iki City someday. The sea is so beautiful.
With thoughts of Iki City in mind, I drank it while preparing dinner, just like Nobuo Kaneko.
It was very easy to drink sake, with an aroma like fresh apples, sweet and yet crisp.
I dreaded the dinner that followed. As expected, I would like to avoid drinking the entire bottle of No. 4 two days in a row.
