Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇.
This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀.
I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣.
Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇.
I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇.
It was delicious 😀.

This time, the name of the brewer was hidden on the liquor store's Instagram, so I didn't know the name of Beian Daikoku until after I received the sake 🤣.
Aged raw sake...I'm sure it was delicious😇
