It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer). Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly. The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain. Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste. No apples in it and no additives, even after looking at the ingredients many times. No sweetness, no bad taste. I chose the room temperature version and was surprised at how good it tasted. It smells like rice as the temperature rises. 5% has a strong flavor.
