This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... It's a rich, umami type that's different from the general image of Niigata's sake. It has a sweetness from the rice. As it has won a gold medal, I'm sure this sake would be delicious warmed. It also has a creamy sweetness.

Last year, I bought a LOW HIGH WHO from here because it was so good 😘. The aroma is mild, sweet and lactic acidic. The mouthfeel is mainly sweet and refreshing, the acidity and richness of Yamahai appear softly in the middle, and the finish and aftertaste are again very beautiful.
