I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋.
