The sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewer spreads out and you can't help but sigh 😚 When it gets cloudy, you can enjoy the flavor of the rice and the tingling dryness together☺️. It was a good stimulus for my tongue, which has been used to sweet sake lately. This may be the best Nara sake to pair with Kakinoha Sushi👍.

As understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen. The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. I drank it with cold sake, but it was a little sweet and very refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no spiciness of alcohol. There is no strong impact on the palate, but it is a delicious sake😄. It goes well with sushi🍣👍. I also really liked the match with yuba😋

Smells like walnuts? Gorgeous cemedine, smell of alcohol after some time. Mild mouthfeel, then sweetness like three warm sugar, light pungency, aging aroma, as you swallow, the taste becomes milder, and gradually bitter from sweetness. Alcohol 20%, well 20% is intoxicating.

This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily. It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish. There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it. This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ. I would like to thank you again for the good sake ^_^.

Started work today. Fukushima Prefecture, Kawanuma-gun. Toyokuni Sake Brewing Co. Toyokuni Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki Nama-Nagara Sake Toyokuni is famous for its "Ippou-self" (Higashi) from Ishikawa County, and Toyokuni from Aizu, Kawanuma County, where we will drink this time. I found out that there are two Toyokuni Shuzo Goshi companies with the same name. The brewer here told me that they no longer have to indicate the year of production. He told me that this brewery is identified by its own production number, NP-23C, where NP is not known, but 23 is the year 2023, and C is March, since the months go up alphabetically from A to January. I bought a bottle of March released Nama sake in November 😁. I drink it cold. The color is light for an aged sake, just enough yellow to be discernible. The aroma is sweet and mature, like burnt caramel. It also has a honey-like flavor. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light, and the flavor has the extremes of sweetness and nuttiness that are typical of a matured wine. After swallowing, the matured aroma lingering in the nose expands and the concentrated sweet and delicious taste increases. A bit of sourness at the end. It has the juiciness and depth of a pure sake, and is rich, mellow, and delicious. First time drinking out in a while We started with Reijin 😆. It's called "Reijin Dry Goku" and it's as light and dry as you'd expect 🤗. As a lover of sweet and savory, I don't usually drink it, but it was perfect with the grilled meat I paired it with 🥰.
