Drinking outside.
Not to be counted on due to drunkenness.
This is a brand new to me.
The color is dark and you can tell when you taste it.
It has an old sake-like aroma, full-bodied rice flavor, and acidity.
It was served cold at this restaurant, but I guess it should be served warm.
I'm already tongue-tied, but it's the last sake of the trip.
The brewery is small, so they don't sell their sake outside of the prefecture.
The sake rice is Kame-no-o.
The aroma is like pineapple.
When I drank it, I found it to be moderately sweet and tart.
As described in the description, it seems to be a food sake.
It is a pity that there is no entrée!
It would go well with fish cakes and squid sashimi!
I would buy this sake if I could find it somewhere.

Impression・If you order an unusual bottle from a restaurant, this is the one. It is a food sake for advanced drinkers. It is said to go well with delicacies, so I paired it with pickled mushrooms, a delicacy from Aomori. Both are dry and quite nice.
Aged sake of H27BY, Yamabuki. Tasted warmed.
Although it has a sake strength of +11, it has a natural sweetness that is probably derived from amino acids, etc., and the aroma of maturity spreads slowly.
Although it is labeled as a food sake for advanced drinkers, the bar is not that high. Perhaps it is because I drank Gikyo first, but I think Gikyo is more selective. I can drink both.
