It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Amber-colored Daiginjo ✨with a rich rice flavor😊It's a traditional sake 😚👍It has a robust flavor, but the aftertaste disappears quickly😇. I felt like it was a sake to be enjoyed by itself and sipped slowly 🥳.

GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner.
