It is a refreshing and royal sake of Echigo, light and dry, and fits for dinner. The brewery is located next to Niigata Prefectural Ojiya High School, where I went to school, and the main brand is Chojazakari.

Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. We are looking forward to adding this sake to our lineup next year and beyond 😊.

Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up. I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake. As for the sake, the aroma is like apples. When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅. The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it. It is easy to drink. The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.

This is my first time in Kumi no Ura. I've only seen it at Isetan Kyoto. It has a fruity aroma, light and refreshingly sweet. It seems to be popular among women. It is different from the impression on the label.

Cup of sake (3) - Jyobari We met Jyokappari, which was introduced in "Izakaya Shinkansen". The apple design of this sake made us think that it might have some sweetness, but it was a "traditional Chinese" sake. It has a strong spiciness and sharpness. It has no peculiarities and goes in easily. We will have it warmed up to accompany Yose-nabe.

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. I was thrilled to discover a cozy sake store in a residential area that looked like a renovated warehouse 🚙 and entered the store to meet my first sake. The soft aroma that reminds me of apples, the full-bodied sweetness like cotton candy, and the slight rice flavor...it's delicious enough to be enjoyed on its own 😋.
