The apple design of this sake made us think that it might have some sweetness, but it was a "traditional Chinese" sake. It has a strong spiciness and sharpness. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari".
