The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. I got this alcohol through bartering with GW Jive 🙇. It is quite cloudy and fresh. Sweetness, umami, alu-ness, everything is strong and powerful. Slightly sweeter than the Junmai Ichiban Shibori I had before? Feels astringent in the second half. Definitely could be ginger gari-ish 🤔. I'm very thankful that they sell the hi-ire of snow kirara at KITTE, but I can't seem to buy the raw sake 🙏. Thanks for the food 😋. It tasted sweeter and tastier on the third day than freshly opened!
