To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. It is very rare to find because of its small production. For this occasion, I went to Fukui to buy it. Sakahomare seems to be used for daiginjo, and many of them are expensive. If you don't consider the cost, it is really delicious. It has a mild aroma and elegant rice flavor. It is like a good sake, and the second and third cups are always better. In Fukui, there is also rice for rice called "Ichihomare," which is also delicious.
