To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine.
