I visited with a customer from Hokuriku.
To compete with them with seafood,
We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki.

We had them as sashimi.
It was like a smaller horseshoe crab.
They were very pleased 😁.
