I don't usually drink such a cloudy sake, but it was a very sharp and crisp cup with a delicious rice flavor.
It was a very satisfying sake that goes well with strong flavored entrées. 🙆♂️

I asked for a warmed up bottle of the traditional sake, "Dobu" from the traditional sake brewery.
This sake is a dry sake with no direct sweetness, but when heated up, the spiciness becomes milder and the rice flavor spreads, and it is a food sake that cleanses the palate at the end!
It is also very tasty.
If you think it is sweet and sour, you are wrong.
It is a little tangy.
It is easy to drink because it is not sludgy.
It is dry and crisp.
The label says +17.
Even with a fatty dish, it will be washed down with ease.
