The rice used is Asahi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture. This is a good food sake that can be drunk easily. It has just a hint of sweetness, with a crisp, bitter and spicy finish. There is nothing to hold you back, so you can't help but drink it. This is one of the several bottles I purchased from Doroki Sake Store, including the Koei Kiku, under the guidance of MAJ. I would like to thank you again for the good sake ^_^.

As understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen. The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. I drank it with cold sake, but it was a little sweet and very refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no spiciness of alcohol. There is no strong impact on the palate, but it is a delicious sake😄. It goes well with sushi🍣👍. I also really liked the match with yuba😋

It disappears quickly. Brewed with 50% Miyamanishiki and 50% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture, it is truly a hybrid of the best of both worlds. Nemuchi said she didn't have a good image of Nishinomoto, but I pushed her 😁. Well, I don't usually drink Nishinomon myself 🙄🙄. It had the same label and yeast as the one I drank at home in the past, but it was upgraded from junmai ginjo to junmai daiginjo. Sweet and sour, juicy and delicious. Like Koshi, I don't like the aroma of sake made with malic acid-producing yeast, but I don't dislike the taste.

This is the second bottle of Hoshisen I bought in Nara! Slightly effervescent, rich sweetness like lychee. It has a slightly dry atmosphere and is sweeter than the No. 5 yeast. It also has a burnt candy-like taste. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it.
