At home. Nara Sake without permission, 12th stage ~‼️ Kubo Honke, a long-established sake brewery in Uda City, Nara Prefecture ~ ‼️ Hatsukasumi and this Soriryu are famous brands. The baseball club team that my sons took care of when they were in junior high school was located in Uda, and this is a nostalgic place where we used to go every weekend. We used to pass by the brewery we visited this time, but this is the first time we visited there. It is called "Sake Brewery Street," but it is really a quiet street. And the taste of the sake.... There is not much aroma, and although you can feel the alcohol in your mouth, the dryness is not so high and the sake is easy to drink. I imagined it would be a dry sake for the experts because it is from a long-established sake brewery, but to my surprise, it is moderately drunk and has a refreshing taste. It is not flashy, but it is a good sake. ‼️

7/10 This is an old sake. It was H22BY. It was originally brought to us because we thought it would go well with oden miso. As an old sake, it did not have much of an aged aroma and seemed to still have potential. It was even rather dry. I liked it better when it was slightly heated. It's fun to drink it together while sharing your thoughts and opinions.

6/10 The person I was drinking with somehow brought some sake and we started a Sairyu drinking comparison. This is a standard junmai ginjo. It is a clean, dry, easy-drinking sake with a little bit of a peculiar taste, but it is a delicious sake. Let's compare it with another bottle.

I was very curious about this "Sairyu". The label is very cool! I had tasted a 30ml bottle before. This time, I had it with a lot of alcohol. It is delicious with umami and spiciness! It was a very good sake that wakes up the sleeping dragon~! It is delicious on its own, but also goes well with food. I am happy to have more of my favorite Nara sake!

The eighth sake go-around was Sairyu🐉. There was a young brewer here. Heated 2018BY Sairyu 🍶. The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of maturity. The first aroma is a sweet aroma with a hint of aging. The younger the aging, the easier it is to drink for me, who has a young tongue 😊. I also drank the Dobu soda from the Namahashimoto brewery, and it was refreshing and delicious. It was a good chaser 🥤. According to the brewer, during the brewing period, you can drink as much as you want of Dobu Soda. Maybe I should go work there too 🤔. It was delicious 🍶✨
