This is delicious. I bought it at Kobayashi Sake Shop in Kanuma. It is from Ibaraki Prefecture, but it is delicious. It's a little tangy. Not in a bad way, but I don't know what it is.

Today I received this gift🎶 from a car friend. Morishima is a famous sake brewery in Ibaraki. This is a limited edition from Kobayashi Sake Shop in Tochigi 😃. While I was taking pictures of the label, I saw the production date... and I had a bad feeling 😅. This sake is 5 years old 😱. As expected... The aroma is so twisted 🤣. I can't taste the flavor at all due to the twitching 🤣. I would expect Morishima Sake Brewery to have the original flavor 😭 Although I'm grateful to my friend I feel a little lost 😥.

Purchased at Benimaru, 1,200 yen. A four-part bottle. I tried it cold. The sake degree +5 and acidity of 1.8 reminded me of a dry taste. When I drank it cold, it was surprisingly not so dry. It is smooth at a low temperature, but as the temperature rises, the flavor becomes richer and richer. The last Fuji Taikan was not so good, but this sake is a junmai ginjo and a limited edition, so it was a delicious sake!
