Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads at once 😋 It's not rich, but the taste is strong. It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk easily😝. New brand Jyuseki🪨. Sake rice "Celebration" is also a first🌾. First day. Good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity✨ Second day. Umami is rich and ⤴️ quite thick. It was also delicious heated. I'm not sure if this is a Gekkeikan group company or not. It's an authentic Kyoto-style sake.

Soba Kaiseki at Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya. We opened a bottle of Shinmasa and wanted to drink some more, so we chose a sake from Kyoto with which we have little connection. It is a sake called "Jyuseki. It has a very elegant taste, which is a testament to the rice and water used in Kyoto. It has a soft texture, with a slight sweetness and umami spreading in the mouth, and even though I was drunk on the Shinmasa, the taste remained on my tongue. We paired it with soba noodles, which matched beautifully and complemented the new soba. It was very delicious! (^^)/

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

I've been making my way to restaurants with good service lately. Today they served me a fresh aged sake. Today is February 6. This is my first Kinkame. My first impression was that it was very good! Next, it has a strong umakuchi taste. The acidity at the end is good, just like Yamadataro. It is like a light kijoshu, and it is delicious. Shiga is nice.

A bottle of melon-flavored sake that was recommended to me when I asked the liquor store if they had any melon- or banana-flavored sake. It has been a little while since I have had Abu-no-Tsuru itself, but I am glad I did because I have been wanting to drink it! Ah, so this is the melon type. I'm becoming more and more unable to distinguish it from the pineapple type, and my tongue is getting more and more stupid, but it is indeed melon-type, lol, lol, lol. It is said that the name "Hakkouda" comes from a Japanese poem, "Koma no sato (more horses than people)," which means "a clear spring is springing up in the village of Koma. I thought, "Isn't Hakkouda in Aomori City? But it seems that the western edge of Shichinohe Town, where the warehouse is located, is connected to Hakkouda. When I opened the bottle, I thought it was an adult lemonade. I thought it was adult lemonade, but the flavor was not sour. The spiciness was followed by bitterness, and then the sweetness came slowly. As the name suggests, there was a slight ooze, and the legginess was almost invisible.

The 6th go-around house is Saba in Komasen from Shichinohe town in Aomori: 🐟️ I guess the only people who would recognize Sakuta or Shichiriki no Kura would be locals or Aomori otaku🤓 lol. President Morita was here. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you take a sip, it has a light sweetness and a moderate umami flavor, and it finishes with a refreshing crispness. It was the perfect sake for the pickled sesame mackerel that came with the entrée. It was delicious 🍶🐟️ They currently make 500 koku (they have 3,000 koku in their facilities) with 5 employees and 5 part-timers. When I told the president that I am a fan of Sakuta and Shichiriki, he laughed and said, "It was worth coming here today.
