interpoint (interword separation) Chose Inamuraya, which I haven't had yet 😚. Delicious ❗️ But... I compared it to another Inamuraya💦. Sourness? Maybe it had a spikiness to it😅. They made a reservation for lunch at a fancy restaurant for our arrival time *. (๓͈ ˘ `͈๓). * You are indeed a gourmet 👏😊💕. It was delicious!

Aomori Sake Inamuraya I used to drink outside. Special Junmai was done. There are not many check-ins for this sake. It's a sake from Aomori, so... This time, we've been taking our time with the fruity sakes we've been enjoying lately, and this one is freshly brewed and dry. It's a bit of a quirk, but it's very crisp and clean. I don't heat sake. I don't warm sake, but I thought it was good. I thought it was good. It's also good when it's settled down. It's also good when it's settled down.

( *´*)🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today I got my first benten which I bought in Yamagata prefecture in GW 😀. I had to buy it because it was a limited edition 🤔. After opening the bottle, it has a mild ginjo aroma 😚 Great expectations 😚 Refreshingly tasty and sweet in the mouth😊 with a clean fresh aftertaste 😍😍😍😍.

Tonight, it's Hochotsuuru from Yamaguchi Prefecture in the 8th installment of our first series & muddy pick ✨. 100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 17% alcohol by volume 🍶 Almost no gas when the bottle is opened. The aroma has a gentle sugary sweetness, and the mouthfeel is characterized by a sweet flavor and a soft sake quality. When mixed with the lees, it is milky without lactic acidity🥛 and full-bodied with a spicy taste😋😋😋😋.

(It is very spicy and dry. It's very dry and spicy, but it's also very tasty when heated. Warmed to lukewarm, it's a little more mature. Each temperature range has its own effect. I'm a big fan of super dry sake, and this one is right in the middle of the pack. Mr. Ota is in Shimoda again! He was eating sea bream rice cake! I knew Izu was great!

I'm buying some kind of Hochodzuru. Fresh and corked! It's a slightly dry, sharp junmai nama sake. Cheese goes well with it. It's sharp and can be warmed up. Mr. Ota's second bottle from Fukuejima! The craft gin looked good, but it was too expensive...

2022/06/17 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweet apple-like aroma. Fine and rich sweetness like pure honey. The acidity is moderate and full-bodied. It has a very slight bitterness and a long aftertaste. A perfect sake when you want to be healed by sweetness.

Katakana Masamune ⚔️ The brewer is different from Hiragana Masamune. This one is a harder, dryer strain in comparison. The dryness precedes the freshness of the raw. Lukewarm heating was the best match 😋.

Drinking out. When you drink outside, you accumulate records of what you drank😅. The aroma is almost imperceptible. It is refreshing when you put it in your mouth. There is a slight sweetness, but it gives a light impression. The aftertaste is a bit like a classic Japanese sake. Sake that is not too sweet is also good. Straightforward and simple impression 🍶.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other. If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up. The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.

The owner of the sake shop where I often go to buy sake gave me a sample and it was delicious, so I bought it. It is a local sake from Aichi Prefecture. Slightly dry, refreshing and easy to drink. 1430 yen

I recently bought this for 700 yen on the web. It seems to have been left in the shop for more than a year, so it was cheap as a disposal sake😄. It's a beautiful sake for a sake that has been neglected👍. The aroma is pear-like, but the taste reminds me of apples ️. It's sweet but crisp and very easy to drink😆. It's so easy to drink 😆 If it's this quality, I might want to buy it and drink it properly. I can't make fun of Aichi prefecture!

The owner of our favorite liquor store, Higashi Ryu This year we were able to get Sasanigori without incident. The regular version of Jungin is also very tasty, so we are very interested in this one as well. The aroma is fruity and reserved. The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet, and you know it's good the moment you taste it! The aftertaste is fruity and fruity. The fruitiness increases around the time of the aftertaste, and the acid bitterness at the end is mild. It is a strange sake with a sense of transparency even though it is a "Sasanigori" sake. The Sendai Aoba Festival will finally begin tomorrow. Last weekend, a purification ceremony and a lighting ceremony for the Date Gate were held, and everything is ready for the festival to get into full swing. The weather is looking good, and it is the best time of the year when the blue leaves are at their most radiant. I will be there with my tin can and singing the woodcutter's song! Please come to Sendai this weekend! Thanks for the food!

KATSURAGAWA, which had been laid up for about a year and a half. It's too early to tell, but I'm looking forward to a summer sake on the rocks, and this time I'll have a glass of the standard warmed sake 🍶. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was freshly cooked and fluffy, like rice cakes or rice. It is a four-step glutinous rice brewing process. The mouthfeel is smooth like Gunma sake, but gradually a gentle and deep sweetness like sugar or spuds spreads gradually. When heated, it has a full-bodied, rice-like flavor. The sweetness is not too strong, but rather relaxing. Perfect for enjoying in the colder months. The sweetness itself is more subdued than the normal type, but on the other hand, you can fully enjoy the cleanliness that is typical of Gunma sake, which is a good balance!

As the summer is drawing to a close (the heat is still on), I opened a bottle of "Katsuragawa" sake on the rocks, which I was looking forward to drinking again this year! And the back of the bottle is falling apart due to condensation again😇. When we opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was sweet and fluffy, typical of "Katsuragawa". It is a bit sour and comes in through the nose as if it is cold on the rocks. The mouthfeel has a pettiness by default, but on the rocks it is smooth and silky. It has a fluffy aroma like sweet rice crackers and a syrupy sweetness of shaved ice. As the ice melts, it becomes lighter and more enjoyable ✨. The lingering finish has a slightly tangy, spicy acidity and a tropical fruitiness, and the smart finish keeps the saké going! While listening to the chirping of autumn insects 🍶. I think it's time to open a bottle of "Akagisan" summer sake!
