Easy to drink at room temperature.
Hot sake is also good, though a little tangy.
It is a junmai sake that goes well with rice and is just the right supporting role.
I was in Okinawa for the first time for 3 days and 2 nights. 🏝️
Itoman(Peace Memorial, Himeyuri) → Nago(Churaumi area) → Central city(Shurijo castle, Urasoe castle, Kokusai dori, shelter ruins)
Okinawan food (Yilabu, Abasa, Nakami, etc.) and American food (A&W, 88 Steak)
Local beverages (Awamori, Habu-shu, Orion, Root Beer, etc.)
I can't even begin to describe how much I have visited, tasted, and drank!
It's sake time after such a trip 😌!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I could smell the aroma of old paper, barrels, and cemedine. It is a mixed and thick standing aroma.
The mouthfeel is mellow and calm, with a hint of cedar that quickly penetrates the nose.
It has a gentle sweetness with a graininess and a full-bodied flavor of rice. The spicy and astringent taste that comes after the sweetness and rice flavor is pleasant to the palate!
I was able to fully enjoy the party with a lot of joy and sorrow, including a sudden event such as not being able to return home due to a delayed flight!
It was a pleasant temperature, and a trip to Okinawa outside of the season is also possible 👍.
Good evening, stst-san 🦉.
I like Okinawa! The food and drinks are delicious 😊I could eat 3 meals of okinawa soba 😆I loved watching the whale sharks suck krill for about 30 minutes 🤣.
I wish I could go ✨
Good evening, Manta-san!
Even though I am not an aquarium expert, I was impressed by the spectacular sea world dotted with whale rays, manta rays, manatees, etc. ✨
I am also impressed by the fact that you call it one of the three fingers...!
Good evening, Pon-chan!
I was surprised to find that the Okinawan soba and raftage were even better than I had imagined, as well as the junky American food 🤤.
The temperature was just right and the aquarium seemed relatively empty, so I would recommend this time of year!
Sour and slightly fizzy on the palate, with a hint of alcohol on the nose. This is what autumn means.
Long aftertaste. Slight bitterness on the throat.
Kiuchi Brewery is also famous for its Nest Beer.
We visited Kiuchi Shuzo, famous for its craft beer and whiskey, and tasted their Junmai Daiginjo. The yeast, water, and rice are all from "pure Ibaraki" in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is delicious with a beautiful rice sweetness. There is a lot going on in my life, but a good sake is an important thing that resets my daily life.
