Sweet and gassy. Easy to drink and light, but it tastes flat. It needs a little more depth. Sake breweries are famous for producing a wide variety of alcohols, including beer and whiskey. While diversification is important, we would like to see more individuality in the taste of sake so that people will not think that a craft beer company also produces sake.
Kikumori Natsuhatsugetsu Junmai Ginjo 🍶.
This sake is exceptionally refreshing when drunk as chilled as possible!
It is a sake with a strong character and weight on the tongue.
The aroma is of rice and grains, with an image that leads to whisky. It is refreshing, like yogurt, but without acidity. Not that much fruitiness, a little sweetness on the palate, dry and dry with a little oakiness. It is sharp and has a short aftertaste.
It is a food sake that does not interfere with any food you eat.
It tasted a little sweet and had a nice schwarziness to it.
It tasted a little sour.
It may be a personal opinion, depending on whether or not you feel the "sizzle". I am not confident about my impression.
