Soba noodle shop attached to Kiuchi Sake Brewery. After toasting with Nest Beerðº, we had a standard Junmai-shu. Sharp, strong alcohol, phenolic aroma, and sweetness later. It is a good match for the mellow beef stew (sweet miso, maiyoo!) ð. Feels mild: âºïž
