Hankyu Oasis in the basement of Hankyu Sannomiya Station has a full lineup of Japanese sake, including draft sake, 300ml and cup sake. Surprisingly, it is easy to drink. It has a bitterness at the end, with a hint of gruffness. It's easy to drink and tastes better than most of the sake in cups with alcohol.

Kochi sake swamp. I was getting quite drunk, but this is Okada Izura, also known as Manslayer Izura! This is another light, dry sake with a strong rice flavor. This sake seems to be limited to the Kochi Liquors Club, but it was recommended by the proprietress! The saltiness of Shimanto River's Gori seems to be an endless loop.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (2) Gindagawa, which I have had a cup of special honjozo or something before. Was Gintagawa sold in Niigata? I thought it was a classic type, but unlike the image on the label, the acidity was noticeable and it was a bit modern? It looks like it would go well with Western food 🍴.

Honjozo 🍶 JR East Kyun ♥ Pass one-day trip to Niigata 🚃. First, we took the Shinkansen to Niigata. Go to Aomi shopping center in Honmachi 🚌. Much darker. The sake 😅. Match with Cod Milt Tempura 👍. It is too strong by itself, but it becomes delicious when combined with snacks. Sashi-zuri A ¥1600 (tuna, flatfish, nodoguro, sea bream, yellowtail, shrimp, bai clam, bigeye tuna, sea bass) is also worth it 😋. Suzuki Fresh Fish Restaurant @ Niigata Honmachi 20240301

At home. The second item of the sake tasting party. Wakayama Rashomon. I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma like Raifuku, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice strongly in your mouth, and it has a clear and light taste, so you can go as much as you want.

Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.

The one I bought at the Kisegawa venue of the Shiga brewery opening event. It has a strong alcohol taste with a lot of gusto. It has a strong sweetness and umami of rice. It is better at room temperature, but it is also good on the rocks or with soda. After a week, it still has a strong alcoholic taste, but I think the sweetness has increased.

There is no mention of it, but it is probably nama sake. It is not labeled as Nama-shu, but according to the information on the Internet, the label on the back of the bottle says it needs to be kept chilled, which means it is Nama-shu. Am I right? The rice is Ginbukiyo and Nihonbare. It also looks like a raw sake. It does not feel as spicy as the sake level, and although it is spicy, there is a good balance of sweet and spicy. The taste is light and refreshing. The spiciness finishes with a lingering sweetness. There is a good amount of graininess.

Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour (2) Dragon Boat Festival🎏 is Kabuto-chan. The second bottle is Suzukabuto. It is junmai ginjo new sake. It is safe to say that this one went out with a real mission. The rice is Ginbuki, a sake rice from Shiga Prefecture, just like the first bottle, Hatsuzakura. It is served cold. It has a slight yellow hue. The top aroma is very mild. It has a juicy aroma reminiscent of fresh bamboo grass, young dried grapes, and oranges. The mouthfeel is round. From the bluish alcoholiness, the juicy orange aroma and acidity are gently developed with a smooth and robust rice feel. The taste is sharp with a tangy, bitter and pungent flavor. The refreshing acidity typical of junmai ginjo-style sake, the familiar rice flavor, and the sharpness of the aftertaste are all nicely integrated. It is a moderate, not too hard-core food sake, and the more you drink, the more you will want another glass. And if you heat it up The contrast between the plumpness of the freshly cooked rice and the tangy bitterness is again delicious. I would like to try it with mackerel sushi as an entrée.

Brewed with the utmost care, it is the forerunner of our high-class sake, characterized by its elegant aroma and delicious rice flavor. The balance between taste and aroma is a selling point, and the taste is refined, full, and rich. I fell in love with sake after drinking Junmai Daiginjo Sake Seigenkai! It was the beginning of my love affair with sake! It is the perfect sake for those who do not drink sake and those who want to learn how to drink sake.

With horse sashimi and yukke. 🙂 Uekiya Shoten hanpukai March. ☹️ Another is Koshihikari from Aizu. 😆 O! Like Niji no Kirameki, the sharpness is almost the same, but this one has a slight gentle sweetness comes. 😊. When mixed with the Ori, the flavorful bitterness brings the whole thing together and keeps you from getting tired of drinking it, a sake that you will want to drink forever. It is a drink that you will want to drink forever. 🙂. The difference in flavor can be felt depending on the rice, It was a meaningful comparison. 😆 😆

This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. It goes well with strong flavored dishes. Thank you very much.

It's my first time to visit the Yamana Shuzo brewery in Okutamba. Is it a sake made from the same yeast as the original yeast? If so, I'd like to try it hot ❗️ Oh, this is delicious ‼️. It's a perfect harmony of sweet and sour, mellow and mild 🥰I read "Chitose" when I'm in Hokkaido 😅Thanks for the great taste.

I bought this sake at Nishizawa Shoten, a liquor store in front of Kawayuonsen station in Teshikaga-cho❗ I went to the south for the first time to try a sake I had never had before 😊I see this sake is made by Miyoshino Brewery, which brews Hanaboe 😃. The color is amber as you can see! It has a rich and sweet taste like an aged sake! I think it has the feeling of being organic due to the Yamahai method 😋. I would like to have a bottle with something salty like cheese or cured ham 😉.
