I usually drink Miya no Yuki, but this time I tried it.
I think I prefer Miya no Yuki.
It has a woody aroma and a clean taste.
It was a great marriage with Sashimi and Ayu fish. This is the same with all sake 💦.
Procured on my way back home. I had never seen this brand before, so I chose it.
I bought it just before dinner, so I drank it at room temperature. The aroma was fragrant, the taste and mouthfeel were well balanced, and I thought it was a sweet sake.
I would like to try it chilled tonight and see how it changes.

Unmai 🤣It's not just because it's a Junmai Daiginjo ^ ^.
Not just sweet, fruity, syrupy, smooth ^ ^.
It has a refreshing flavor with no unpleasant taste...a wonderful sake that overturns the idea that "Junmai Daiginjo should be good" 🍶.
At Yodobashi Online. The description said it had a "subtle aroma," but I thought it had a rather robust aroma and a classical image. However, when I drank it, I found that it tasted sweet and had a rice-like flavor. It is delicious. It was an impressive brand with a different aroma and taste impression.
I went to Aichi for GW and bought this sake.
The aroma was a little peculiar and strong, while the taste was mild and smooth.
Personally, despite the peculiar aroma, it was a good sake that was easy to drink.
Original Sake with Otake?
They use sake instead of water in the process of making sake. But it is 16 degrees Celsius.
It is not filtered and is very cloudy.
It has the texture of koji and is slightly effervescent. Easy to drink. It is delicious! I drank it by accident and got drunk.

It's mellow enough cold, but it's also good warmed.
The brewery is located in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, but I think it is similar to the Ganqiang Brewery's Shitenno in Kanie near Inazawa City.
