Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Japanese sake party with a wild rice cake! A toast to the local sake brought by my friend👍. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads at once 😋 It's not rich, but the taste is strong. It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk easily😝. I had it with some sashimi and it was delicious. I'm sure you'll agree that sashimi is a must for sake👍.

First Nagoya Night of the Year First sakayu at the hotel after a long time meeting for dinner The rice used was Yumesansui produced in Aichi Prefecture. An orthodox junmai sake with a strong sweetness. It is best to drink it chilled after a meal. It is not too heavy, but I felt it was a little heavy.

Procured on my way back home. I had never seen this brand before, so I chose it. I bought it just before dinner, so I drank it at room temperature. The aroma was fragrant, the taste and mouthfeel were well balanced, and I thought it was a sweet sake. I would like to try it chilled tonight and see how it changes.

Opened July 16, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Fruity taste, sizzling sensation 🍊 After drinking, a sizzling taste comes out from the sake left on the tongue ^ ^. It's delicious! Mellow ^ ^ ^ I was very grateful to be allowed to drink a lot of sake at the brewery 🍶. I was so happy ☺️

I was wandering around in Aoyama when I visited a sake brewery that offered sake tasting. Here's a reminder before I throw it away: ✌️ I bought this sake when the nigori boom came, because one of my senpai at work recommended nigori sake. I remember it was very easy to drink and not too much sake for a nigori sake. It was a reminder before I threw away the sake bottle! Aichi check-in complete ✅.

Opened on June 9, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Unmai 🤣It's not just because it's a Junmai Daiginjo ^ ^. Not just sweet, fruity, syrupy, smooth ^ ^. It has a refreshing flavor with no unpleasant taste...a wonderful sake that overturns the idea that "Junmai Daiginjo should be good" 🍶.

At Yodobashi Online. The description said it had a "subtle aroma," but I thought it had a rather robust aroma and a classical image. However, when I drank it, I found that it tasted sweet and had a rice-like flavor. It is delicious. It was an impressive brand with a different aroma and taste impression.

Original Sake with Otake? They use sake instead of water in the process of making sake. But it is 16 degrees Celsius. It is not filtered and is very cloudy. It has the texture of koji and is slightly effervescent. Easy to drink. It is delicious! I drank it by accident and got drunk.

(It is a rich, mellow junmai with a sweet richness. It's mellow enough cold, but it's also good warmed. The brewery is located in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, but I think it is similar to the Ganqiang Brewery's Shitenno in Kanie near Inazawa City. The building of the Ganqiang Brewery is very cool! Mr. Ota camped in Akiruno City, Tokyo. He bought a sake called "Kisho" at the brewery! It's nice to have nature in Tokyo!
