(It is a rich, mellow junmai with a sweet richness. It's mellow enough cold, but it's also good warmed. The brewery is located in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, but I think it is similar to the Ganqiang Brewery's Shitenno in Kanie near Inazawa City. The building of the Ganqiang Brewery is very cool! Mr. Ota camped in Akiruno City, Tokyo. He bought a sake called "Kisho" at the brewery! It's nice to have nature in Tokyo!

Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Solid and pleasant to drink I had the opportunity to compare various types of sake, and this one was the best to my taste. It has a high aroma and a rich flavor. I think it is a good product with a high aroma, richness and umami of rice, and at a reasonable price,

Autumn Sake Festival @ Nagoya Hisaya Odori Park 3rd drink Bittersweet but basically fruity, I cried because Momogenkyo, which I wanted to try just because of its name, was sold out at the July Sake Festival, but this time it had a harsher name () & was still available, so I chose it. I was so relieved to find that it was the sake I had imagined at Momogenkyo. Just a small story here 🍶. Hokkaido product exhibition at Matsuzakaya next to the sake festival venue I had a crab cream croquette to go with my sake 😋. I bit into a handful and enjoyed it while the cream was melting in my mouth 🤤.

Nice to meet you, Mia 😊. I see you went to Sakae, must have been still a bit hot. I tend to drink too much 😅.

Nice to meet you, kan😄. I've been there 💪. The sun was strong, but the sun went down early and it was rather cool in the afternoon! I did not drink too much, so I came back in a comfortable place 😋.

T.KISO Mikawa again😁. I found Sandesi at Meitetsu Department Store where Nemuchi and bouken were drinking and bought it 🌈. 100% Yumesansui from Aichi Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15%. Vinegar aroma! 😳 A unique rice vinegar-like flavor even after drinking. Classical sake with strong acidity I wonder if it will change if I let it sit for a day 🤔. On the second day, a little bit of sweetness and the sourness has been removed and it's softer But it still tastes like vinegar 😆. Named after the five flavors and two aromas of the seven 🌈. I went to Okazaki with a Seishun 18 ticket 🚃. The purpose of the trip was to see Okazaki Castle. And a tour of the Hatcho Miso factory. This is a great place for free research during summer vacation 😆. I had a set of chilled udon noodles for lunch because it was so hot! Hatcho miso sauce is very tasty ❣️ I wanted to go to Maruishi Brewery, but it was too hot and I gave up 🥵.

Good evening, Pon. 😊 Vinegar? 😆 Is it a strong sour taste in your mouth? I wonder if it's the acidic taste. I remember drinking Yaemon 😏 quite a while ago. I remember 😏I drank Yaemon a long time ago. If you like 😊white wine, if you don't like it, you're drinking vinegar. white wine, if you don't like it, you drink vinegar. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. I'm not sure what to think 😓.

Good evening, Pon! Okazaki is nice 😆 Indeed, Maruishi is a long way from Okazaki Castle😅. Hatcho miso udon noodles stewed in miso is the best 🍲.

Hello Pon-chan ☀☀☀. You succeeded in summoning T.KISO 🤣. This looked fruity, sweet and sour when I drank it at the event, but at home it was pretty classic💦. A tour of the miso making process sounds interesting 🤔.

Hi Hanapin, good evening 🦉. I think it's not so sour because I can drink it, but the flavor is unique 🤔I can't describe it well, it's like when you are making sushi vinegar 😆.

Good evening, Mr. Satsyuyuu 🦉. It takes a lot of time, but it's inexpensive 🤣I'm trying to visit all the places I haven't been to in the 100 famous castles 😁, and since it's a good opportunity, I'm also trying to drink the local alcoholic beverage. It's not as sour as vinegar, but it has a similar flavor 💦.

Good evening, kino.com🦉. Yes, it is! If it were cooler, the distance would be nothing, but in this heat, it was impossible 💦. Miso nikomi udon must be quite tasty because there were people eating it even in the heat 😻.

Thank you bouken for letting me use it 🙏 I realized that if I failed to summon it, it would be a flying fire for bouken too 🤣. It was a great system of tasting miso soup at the end of the tour and going through the store from there🤣.

Hi Pon, I knew I could summon you after drinking the sake here 😆 I thought it was a light drink when I tasted it, but it was rice vinegar-like and classical 😅The miso barrels lined up in a row are overwhelming 🤩.

Hi Nemuchi 🐦. When I found it, the summons came to mind rather than the taste 🤣I brought it home in a cool bag so I don't think it was damaged, but it was hot... now I'm thinking 😅. The aroma of the miso warehouse is nice~ ❣️

Hi Pon 😀 The rainbow-colored label is so cute that I would pick up this sake just by looking at it😇. Unlike the pretty appearance, the taste seems to be robust, and the gap between the two seems to be a fun sake 😀.

Good evening, Yasbay 🦉. I'm a sucker for looks, so I picked it up right away 😆. The taste was both robust and light... the acidic and umami flavor was unique 💦I don't know what I'm writing 🤣🙏.

T.KISO Mikawa😁 I went to Yodobashi the week after the Japanese Sake festival and found 3 different kinds of sake 😊. I bought it along with the Echigo Toji that I posted about one time before. I didn't write it down, but according to the information at the sake festival, the rice is Yumesansui. When I drank it at the sake festival, I thought it was a sweet and sour sake, but something about it gave me a different impression. Even after leaving it in the fridge for a little while, the impression didn't change much. After 3 days, it seems sweeter 🤔.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower④. Kiso-Mikawa" booth in Aichi Prefecture. Kisosangawa, you read Kisosansen, right? My first brewery. Kiso Sansen Junmai Daiginjo Buryo Tougen When I asked which one I should drink, I was told that this one had won a gold medal in the New Sake Competition, so I tasted it. The aroma was delicious, the taste was smooth, and it had a thick, rich sweetness. Kiso Mikawa Junmai Ginjo Nijiiro The sweetness and a little sourness give it a light mouthfeel with a hint of bitterness. Kiso Sangawa Ginkgo Flower Yeast Junmai Sake Princess Ginko This was the first time it was unveiled. The light mouthfeel made it seem low-alcohol, but it was 10% low-alcohol. It has a sweet and sour taste.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ④. This is also the first time I saw Naito Brewery. I saw them selling Junmai sake at Yodobashi the other day, but it is a brand not usually seen in the Kansai region. Takeshon-san seems to have drunk it several times at Sake-no-wa. They have a store in Omotesando and it looks like they have their own building, but I wonder if they are a rich brewery. I drank Junmai Daiginjo Buryou Tougen Polishing ratio 40% Yamadanishiki It has a sweet aroma and is sweet to drink! Nijiro Junmai Ginjo Polishing ratio 55% Yumesansui Another sweet sake. Slightly sour. Princess Ginko Junmai-shu with ginkgo flower yeast Polishing ratio 60% Aichi no Kaori Sweet and tasty, but a little peculiar. This was the first time it was unveiled at this event.

I did not know there was a brewery in Inazawa. I bought it with such high expectations that water from Kiso Mikawa would be good. It greatly exceeded my expectations and is a well-balanced sake that is quite cost-effective. It is delicious. I heard that it was named after the five tastes and two aromas, which are compared to the seven colors of the rainbow.

Local sake given to me by a former colleague. It is a mellow jungin of a type that has a clear, yet easygoing profile. As it comes from the country of miso, it is a perfect match for Japanese food with a slightly strong flavor.
