Finished eating shish-kebabs Take a nap at the hotel An hour before the end of the lounge service, I popped into the lounge. I had heard from the front desk that they serve alcohol, so I rushed over to the lounge. Sake was available! This brand from Imai-cho, Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture, is called "Deze Otoko"! Unebi or Unebi? On the rocks with ice in the glass! It has more punch than expected! I drank it in small sips, but in the second half I drank it with ginger ale, which is not a good idea! Maybe it is better to drink it hot! Tomorrow we will visit Nara's Yamato Sanzan (three mountains in the Yamato region), and then we will make it to Wakayama in the evening. Do you think we have enough time to get to Koyasan? (knowledge of the Japanese language and culture) Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol percentage: 16

I opened a bottle of Banzairaku Daiginjo Kosake, which was a gift from a friend 😀 The aroma is that of a royal sake. The taste is quite strong. It's the second time I've had it, but it's a difficult taste to describe. Tomorrow I'll try it at room temperature.

For the record The menu only mentioned the brand name, so I don't know the details. I had it hot and it was plump and delicious. Kutani ware? Hexagonal sake cups are stylish✨

Chiba's local sake 🍶 I had bought it in early spring touring 🏍️... forgot about it... I was thinking of a traditional mellow dry taste... .... I forgot about it...I thought it was a hybrid of old-fashioned and modern...not much aroma...the mouthfeel has the old-fashioned mellow, mellow, umami taste.... It's delicious 😋 Hey...it's a good food sake 🍶 and delicious 😋! This one! I feel it's evolving and deepening...delicious 😋.

My favorite local sake from MinamibosoThe drink has a light amber color and a faint aroma of Yamada Nishiki rice. You can feel the flavor of the rice. It's mellow, sweet and bitter, and it's fun to sip on it.

Today, I decided to have a little taste. This is Chiba Prefecture's Kobin. This is the second time. This time, it was decadent and raw, so I picked it up. The taste is classic but thin. It was too little to sense the others.

. If you think the denim label is unusual, the brewery is located in Kojima, Kurashiki City, the birthplace of domestic denim! The inside of the bottle has a slightly sweet, light, and refreshing taste that is easily accepted by young people, just like the label says. This was not just a product that was a front for the bizarre, but a product that was a true test of what was in the bottle.

I bought this sake that I had seen here and there at Sake-no-Wa. I see you are the brewery that produces Tagaji 🤔. The denim label is stylish 😎. It has a melon taste when you drink it. It's so fresh! This is excellent for the price! I found a good drink👍

It is a light nigori 26BY of Iwo 🍶. First, cold sake. The top aroma is that of old chests 😂. In the mouth it has a hint of sweetness, but the aroma of old chests is strong😅. Next, warmed sake 🍶. When warmed, it smells like wet wood 😌. In the mouth it tastes a little acidic and the taste wasn't bad. Like the Chiyomusubi I had two drinks ago, nigori-style sake is said to be unsuitable for aging because the nigori part of the sake is altered and causes off-flavors. So well, it was interesting to experience that firsthand 😂✨️

I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

★★★☆☆
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Miyazaki's only sake brewery specializing in sake, Chitoku Shuzo. It has a mild aroma with a good sweetness 😄. Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋. Quite a tasty sake😋. Tonight I'm having seafood nabe with oysters, cod and scallops 🎵👍

It is a new brand of Maruishi Brewery, famous for its ni rabbit. The first aroma is faintly sweet. When you take it into your mouth, you will taste umami and sweetness with a deep, mild acidity. It has a lingering mild umami taste, and it finishes gradually. The mild acidity of the sake is accented by the mellow acidity of the sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶. A little yellow. Mellow ☺️. As the name suggests, it's round 😅. A little schwar✨. Sweet and fruity. Between melon and pear 🍈. Matches well with thick fried tofu👍When paired with shime saba (mackerel), it's tangy and spicy. The smell does not spread and it is delicious. Lactic acidic. So it's from the sake brewery of Nisato🐇🤔. Purchased at Iida Sake Shop @ Shiki, drinking at home 20230721

This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery? It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good. The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor. Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.
