Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋
A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠.
Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue.
Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅.
It has an old fashioned taste but with a modern drinking style😋.
Quite a tasty sake😋.

Yesterday, I saw oysters on TV and I wanted to eat them.
My husband liked it with soy sauce and kombu soup stock.
It was perfect with sake 🎶😉.
