It has a strong acidity and only a hint of sweetness. It is a punchy 🍶 with a strong bitterness that kicks in later 😀.

The hardened lees mixes into a sloppy texture 😆.
The flavor of the rice has fully emerged 😊.

I went camping in Chiba. I knew I could only find local sake in my hometown, so I went to Odoya, a local supermarket near the site! After much deliberation, I bought a bottle of Chiba sake. I was able to enjoy it while camping out in the gusty wind 🍶 and found one I would like to drink again.
