I opened it more than a month ago and finally resumed drinking alcohol after being sick and not drinking a drop of alcohol. I remember that it tasted good and had a nice "sizzle" to it, but I'm not sure if that's true.
I think the taste has changed today, but it was delicious.
It was easy to drink near me anyway, as I've been drinking a lot of sweet types lately.
I bought it as a dry type that I found at the store. It's been a long time since I've had this sake.
I drank it warm.
The cold sake was a little sharp, but both were delicious!
The brewing rice is Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture.
It is my favorite sake brewing rice.
