Continued from yesterday.
The second bottle is a sake called Kenshin from Niigata.
This bottle was given to me by a friend of my son.
The timing was not good, so I was finally able to open it.
I took a sip, thinking it would be a little yellowish and dry. I took a sip.
Surprisingly, it had a mild barrel sake flavor.
It can be used not only with sashimi, but also with a slightly stronger flavor.
