Daiginjo from Ote Hakutsuru. Easy to drink but with a tangy finish. I drank Kabutomushi on the same day, a delicious sake that was too easy to drink, so it was nice to be able to buy it at a convenience store or supermarket, even if the relative rating was too strict.
50%, sake strength 0, acidity 1.3, amino acidity 0.9, aluzoe, 1,265 yen for a 4-unit bottle.
On those rare occasions when my sake fridge is empty and I can't be bothered to go to the liquor store, I run to the local convenience store.
My choice at that time is Hakutsuru Daiginjo✨.
A delicious, clean, slightly sweet daiginjo-shu at such a great price, it's very useful 😊.
It is indeed fragrant and fruity, but it is hard to drink because it has a strong alu feel to it, like an eggy taste.
I was expecting it to be better than this.
Kikumasa and Kikusui Funaguchi are definitely better for this type of sake.
I know it's a can so it won't get old, but something about the taste was a little strange 🤔.

When heated, the rich rice flavor spreads in the mouth, and when cooled, the sharpness comes to the fore. It is sold at supermarkets, so it is very cost-effective.
Simmered daikon radish, simmered red fish
This sake is what I imagine sake to be when I didn't know about sake yet.
