#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. When it gets close to room temperature, the sweetness comes out, but the spiciness and alcohol taste also become stronger.

Sake made with Aizan. Sake degree -7 This is a raw version of the one we drank before. It is sweet and sour, juicier than the fire-aged version, and has a slightly fizzy taste. A little bitterness at the end. I prefer it to the hi-ire version.

This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.

It was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki. The rice polishing ratio is 35%, is it the flagship sake of the brewery? It has a solid ginjo aroma, and while it is basically light and dry, it also has a mild sweetness. There is little miscellaneous taste and the mouthfeel is good. The aftertaste has a good accent of alcohol and a solid flavor. Overall, it is a good sake with a cohesive taste that makes you realize again that the alcoholic version is better for the Daiginjo class.

去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. Tonight, I'm back at work after GW, but naturally I'm not very excited 🥴. This one is brewed with Dewa Sanzu and Kyokai No. 6 yeast. The aroma is mild without being showy. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

Tonight, I opened a bottle of this one to accompany my dinner of kochi and kampachi sashimi and squid cod roe 💁. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. When I poured a glass of chilled sake, it had the usual mild uri aroma, a beautiful acidity, a little sweetness and citrusy flavor like Pocari, and the second half was a mix of astringent, bitter, and spicy flavors. It can be served alone or as a mealtime drink. I'm going to try the "Murasame" that some of the connoisseurs in the area are trying later 🙌

We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. The location changed and we went to Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022, a local sake event in Hyogo, at Kobe Hankyu. I tasted a regular product, a draft version. I had tasted the hi-ire version before, so I wondered what the draft version was like. It was easier to drink than the hi-ire version, but not to my taste. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.

Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

The rice used is Senbonishiki from Kumano in Hiroshima Prefecture. This brand is probably the first. To be honest, I didn't know about it. The person of the shop said "It comes in after two years". Store Drinking. 100% Senbon-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture The color is clear. The aroma has a Calpis-like flavor. The taste is sweet and umami of rice.
