Bottled at room temperature.
From the aroma, it has a heavy aroma like Nara-zuke pickles.
It tastes like a umami sake with consistent amino acidity. The lactic acidity is also strong, so it is not sluggish.
It is the kind of sake that makes you want to heat it up.

The red label one I had the other day was tangy and dry, but this white label one is fruity!
Personally, I prefer this one by far!
There is a rather strong bitterness in the aftertaste, and I wonder if that is the reason why it is called Aroma "MELON".
Also, there is a sourness to it! I went from sweetness to sourness to bitterness!
The red label one is less than 1000 yen at the Coop, and this one is about 1300 yen.
If the difference is 300 or 400 yen, I prefer this one!
I mean, 1300 yen for this is cheap!
The label alone would cost several hundred yen!
It's delicious!
I first had it at a tavern owned by a friend of mine, and it was delicious! As someone who collects labels, I had to buy it!
I looked all over the place for this sake, but could not find it.
The other day, I stopped by the Co-op and found it!
I never thought I would find it here! I bought a bottle of the red and white label Junmai that was on the shelf!
The one I drank at the store before was purple, right? The one I drank at the store before was fruity and delicious, but this red one was very different.
It says "Aroma NASHI PEAR" but I don't think it is pear-like.
It was a very refreshing sip, but it was very tangy right away!
It's good, but it's not what I thought it would taste like.
But the label is great! I'm so happy!
Next day
I heated it up and it became very easy to drink! Delicious (^^)
Mr. Jay & Nobby.
I didn't expect to find it at the Coop (lol).
I sometimes look in the sake section of the supermarket as well, as they sometimes have Otters or Saku, which are not to be underestimated!

Sweet and fruity on the palate. The aftertaste is umami, acidity and astringency. It is like grapes or raisins. It is not spiky in terms of alcohol content and taste, and can be drunk easily. It is delicious.
It has an alkaline and spicy taste that makes you feel tight,
It is easy to drink with a bitter aftertaste,
It is also easy to drink with a bitter aftertaste and a slight aftertaste.
I bought it at a liquor store near my office and was talking with the owner,
I was talking with the owner when I bought it at a liquor store near my office.
Oh, I can't drink it anymore?
I've only had two kinds of sake.
I really hope they will be revived under a new master brewer.
I drank 2 gos of sake at once on the first day, and the rest I drank in small doses.
I'm going to take a break from beer today.

I was attracted by the beautiful Nishijin brocade label and bought it.
When I drank it, it had a gorgeous aroma, freshness and juiciness.
It is a wonderful sake that has a firm sake taste and runs out smoothly 😆.
Sweet and sour, delicious cold, room temperature 111111
Well-balanced with a hint of sweetness, acidity and umami.
Easy to drink and you will never get tired of drinking it.

The endorsement looks like that.
The taste is quite strong.
