Sake made with Tsuyahime sake rice.
A collaboration with Tohoku University of Art & Design.
Take a sip with Yukibie.
It is sweet! The aroma in the mouth is slight, but when it goes down the throat, there is a faint ginjo aroma.
The aroma that passes through the nose is that of refreshing rice.
The mouthfeel is soft and gentle.
As the temperature rises, the spiciness comes out, and the sake is drunk like water.
It may be the best sake for a mealtime drink!
It may be the taste that can be produced because of the good water.
It is not flashy, but it is a warm sake that reminds one of the simple rural landscape of Yamagata.
Sake from Yamagata, which was given to me as a souvenir🍶.
100% Yamagata-produced Tsuyahime 🍚🌾.
I was told that it tastes good at any temperature, so I had it cold and hot!
Weng Ying Ying Ying Ichisui, it was delicious!
My favorite flavor and sweetness, and the feeling of being left with a kuku at the end of the drink... 🫰.
Participated in "Bishu-ken Yamagata," a sake event held in Yamagata City on June 2, 2024
The second day was a great success despite the unfortunate weather. ☔️
I was soaking wet and freezing, and I was so nervous about participating in an outdoor event for the first time that I failed to take pictures of many of the bottles....
Too bad I can't count them here!
It was difficult to taste all the sake in the event, so I drank the sake in plastic cups and transferred them to small bottles while drinking them. I decided to drink the sake in plastic cups and transfer them to small bottles, then take them back to the hotel to enjoy them again 😊.
By the way, most of the sake breweries put labels on their sake brands, which are cute ♥️
I carefully peeled off the label from the plastic cup and reapplied it to the small bottle as neatly as possible.
Purchased at a liquor store in Yonezawa
Room temperature rather than cold sake, the next day rather than when opened,
The sweetness increases and it tastes good.
No bitter aftertaste, good mouthfeel
We had our first time at the foot of the east while having magnificent matsutake mushrooms cooked for us. I did not record it, so I cannot write my impressions.
Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
Calm and slightly fruity ginjo aroma.
It is light but has a robust sweetness and spiciness.
It has a full-bodied flavor.
It is hiyaoroshi. It feels like autumn.
