A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

Kyo no Haru by Mukai Shuzo, famous for Ine Mangaka. It is a summer sake, but it is said to be for warming up as it is called "summer warmed sake". The rice used is 100% Koshihikari. It was served lukewarm 🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, you can taste the slight acidity and umami of the rice, but there is not much acidity or bitterness, and it does not feel citrusy. I think it is summer tangerine 🤔. Thanks for the treat ✨

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The 4th glass! Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake This is also a brand new to me! It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice. It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

Today is a holiday. But I went to work. On the way home, I found a four-character phrase I wanted to try, Nagasaki Prefecture's...four-character phrase? I found a four-letter phrase, "sixty-you-you-shu" in Nagasaki Prefecture, which I had wanted to try! Is the Kanto region the same as Nagasaki Prefecture? (I don't know what the weather is like there.) I decided to drink it right away. It's a heavy fruity wine. Is it the fruity rice flavor? It's white and looks like ❄️⛄️. Sweet and mellow I was expecting it to be thicker, but it's pretty easy to drink 😊. I read the label on the back and it looks like it would be great with soda! I should have tried it! I realized today that I should have tried it. All the drinks in this set are new to me. I was also surprised that the bananas had a higher alcohol content! ฅ(⊙д⊙๑)ฅ

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. I'm sipping a little bit of Fukuoka's souvenir sake 🍶. This is Ayahana Slightly Active Nigori. The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste. The slight bitterness of nigori gives it a sharp finish. It is well-balanced and delicious. I can't find Ayahana nigori in Tokyo. I will have to order it next year 🤔.
