For my sixteenth cup, I decided on "Bida"! I decided to have it because I missed my trip to Fukuoka last year👍. The taste is cloudy and thick, with a lot of rice flavor. @sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍶. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so too😅. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. Quite a fine Junmai Daiginjo sake. There is enough mellow deliciousness. It is a talented brewery in Saitama. Aside from Kamikame, it is the second best sake in Saitama after Hanayo-yoku.

This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter. I wish there was a store in Kansai where I could buy Shugou... I heard that the sake brewery here is aging, with all the employees over 65 years old. I wonder if that's why they don't distribute much.

The eighth sake rice research bottle is Yumesansui, a trad variety from Aichi. It has a solid image, but the aroma is citrusy. Freshness of new sake, slightly effervescent and drier than sweet. Very tasty.

I'm not feeling well, so I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but a classmate from junior high school, who I haven't seen in a while, invited me out for a drink and I ended up having one. Oh well. I found a nice bottle of Naotora and had it. It's so good that I remember it tastes good even when I'm drunk. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the freshness is dominant and the flavor is good. Isn't the difference between it and the ordinary Naotora too drastic?

I drink at a restaurant where young people seem to congregate. The owner, who says he is a big fan of Koyama Shoten, introduces us to some Koyama Shoten originals. Next to Tamitsu is Naotora. Weak smell and aroma, you can feel the taste if alcohol. 3.5/5 ✖️ don't buy again: it's a welcome change from the softer Junmai Daiginjo we usually have, but it isn't my favourite.

I told the owner of Jutoku Sake Sales Office what I liked and he recommended this sake. He said it was fruity and refreshing. It's definitely sweet, but not overpowering. It was my first time to try green, and it was delicious.
