It seems to be a sake brewery in the hometown of Kousuke Hamada, the author of "The Red Devil Who Cried". Blue devil version. Soft sweetness. It has a beautiful acidity and a strong umami. It is like a blue demon. Or not.

This was also served at a corner bar in Yamagata Prefecture! Sweet but refreshing~ ☺️ The light cloudy color really looks like snow and the visual is beautiful!

Hanyo Nishiki-Bare Junmai Ginjyo Dewa Butterfly Nama-Zume 100% Dewa Chouzu rice, Polishing ratio 50%. Yamagata yeast, 15% alcohol by volume Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.4 Yamagata Sake Wholesaler's 28th Limited Hanpukai May delivery This junmai ginjo-shu is brewed with "Debucho," a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Yamagata Prefecture. It has a mild aroma and a clean, delicious taste. ←From the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesaler. This sake is produced in Takahata-cho, Yamagata Prefecture. The town of Takahata is the home of the Hamada Hirosuke Memorial Museum, which is widely known for its famous "Red Devil Who Cried. The sake is one of Yamagata's favorite local brews, and is served hot or cold. Warmed or cold, it is my favorite local sake in Yamagata. I'm going to enjoy it tonight while thinking of my loved ones and wishing them long-lasting happiness. Thank you for everything. And thank you for all your support. It was a very delicious sake with the brewer's thoughts and feelings condensed into a solid package. Postscript I got this cup at the "Yoneori Sightseeing Center" in Takahata-cho, and it is very useful for heating sake. I noticed it just now as I finished writing this...(^O^;)(Hito´) The picture on it is safflower. It reminds me of "Omohide Poroporo".

Purchased at a Yamagata antenna store in Ginza. Even when chilled, it still has a clear aroma of rice. Aromatic and dry. It is a traditional sake. Rich, spicy and full of acidity.

Purchased from Yamagata Sake Wholesaler. Description quote A rich, slightly dry junmai ginjo brewed to have a hot, thick, and thoughtful flavor like the tears shed by the red devil for his friend who left him in the fairy tale "The Red Devil Who Cried". It is a sake from the Yamagata Okitama region. We enjoyed it while reading Keiji Maeda. I can't write down my impressions because I drank it so quickly, so I decided in secret to try it again. 20231230

☆☆☆☆☆ This is also the first time I've seen this. Beautifully ripe and tasty sake. It's delicious, if not a little tangy.

Good evening, Gyaban-san😄. In Takahata, Nishikibana was sold in the same space as Yonetsuru and Benten, and at a Yamagata beef barbecue restaurant, Nishikibana was the only sake on the menu. It must be a locally loved sake 😁.

Hi Kab. I like sake that is loved by the locals. When I travel, I am more attracted to this kind of sake than to nationally famous brands 😀.
