The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity ๐. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma ๐. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store ๐. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it ๐ฆ ๐ฆ ๐ฆ ๐ฆ. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program ๐.

This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp. It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness ๐คค. I knew it! Great cosmetics too ๐.

Mishio Junmai Ginjo Omachi 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15-16%. Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.8 (reference) Fat 5/7, opened 5/23 I wanted to drink a dry sake from Kochi and was attracted by the label that looked like a pattern of playing cards I used to have at my parents' house ๐คฃ. The brand "Bishio" is a new brand that started in 2014. It is one of the Junmai Ginjo series that is based on the concept of "elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey" and is part of a trilogy that includes "Kitashizuku", "Gin no Yume", and "Omachi". The aroma is almost imperceptible after opening the bottle. In the mouth, it has a fruity, fruity aroma and flavor, but at the same time, the alcohol is very strong. The acidity is moderate and not harsh. The acidity is not too strong, but it's more spicy and tingling than the number ๐ . I tried to drink it after 4 days, which is unusual for me, but although the mouthfeel got better, the strong alcohol feeling didn't go away. The aftertaste is light, so it would be classified as light-dry. It's like a Tosa sake in that respect ๐. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and was disappointing ๐ . Oh! Maybe I should have tried heating it up ๐ค.

The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro. I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery. It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated. It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty ๐. I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.

This is a dry sake from Kamekichi๐ข. It's a sake that is consumed almost exclusively in Aomori prefecture, especially in the Tsugaru region. I don't think chika-san drinks it... ๐. The first aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, the sweetness is subdued, but the umami is well expressed and it has a beautiful dry taste typical of Aomori sake. Although it is dry, it has the same umami as the Tamadaru Junmai Namaisake from the same brewery that I drank in early spring ๐.
