Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp. It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness 🤤. I knew it! Great cosmetics too 😆.

It's my first time to try a special junmai 😳. It has a mild aroma, but when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the umami. It's a great sake with a great price 😆.

Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi Michihiro Yamauchi's sake was also hard to get my hands on because of the gutsy, robust image of his sake, following in the footsteps of Katsumasa Takagaki, the toji of the company. We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot. The flavor is carried through to the aftertaste, and the end result is a very strong and strong alcohol taste. It seems to be good warmed up, so it's time for a visit to Nonbei Yokocho. Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. 100% Chiba rice Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. Date of production: June 25 First Chiba sake: ☺️ This is a super new sake that was just made yesterday✨. The first taste is koji, followed by sweetness and a lingering alcohol taste, which I personally experienced for the first time. I visited the brewery and the proprietress was very nice and let me try some tasting and I had a good time shopping 😉. It goes great with the local sesame pickles 😘. I didn't put it on the picture, but the fresh pickled pepper they were selling is also very tasty...!
