The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. I found out about it thanks to the Kenmin Show program 😁.

We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot. This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. The long corridor and historic appearance of the Kibitsu Shrine that we visited afterwards was truly heartwarming 🍑. After exploring, we crossed the Seto Inland Sea and drank a glass of Kibi-shu 🍶. The first taste is koji, followed by sweetness and a lingering alcohol taste, which I personally experienced for the first time. I visited the brewery and the proprietress was very nice and let me try some tasting and I had a good time shopping 😉. It goes great with the local sesame pickles 😘.
