The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

The sharpness also has a rummy feel to it and is more refreshing than the Ryujinmaru, but I think this one has more of a cloying aftertaste. I think so. It doesn't have a nigori feeling at all. It has a certain aged feeling, but it's clearly different from the old one. It's not fruity, but it's sweet. It is not fruity but sweet. Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨. First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol. The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.

Otokoyama Brewery is located in Aizumisato-cho, Onuma-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, which is different from Kaito Otokoyama. The brewery was dormant for a while, but has restarted again. It is a fresh, raw ogara-mi sake. It is slightly carbonated and tastes great with the bitterness of the oli.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

If the name of the sake rang a bell, you're right 👍It's an amazing sake that has taken the name of a famous book. Denemon is a sake brewery brewed by just one person. The name comes from Michel Carouge's famous book "The Bachelor's Machine," which is cited as the bible of the master brewer. It is also related to Marcel Duchamp's "The Bride Naked by Her Bachelors, Even (a.k.a. The Big Glass)". When I think about the sake rice "Aizan," I can see the image of this sake being brewed with love while loneliness, loss of humanity, and the desire for barren love cross the mind 🧐. Today we are going to start with our special bird ❤️ no doubt👍and our favorite gateau rusk🥰Carouge & Duchamp, so it's like a French 🇫🇷... ❤️ By the way, this "bachelor" is not sweet at all 🤘 it is rather tangy and spicy, and has a sharp taste, leaving a bitterness that is typical of Aizan.
