OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. Well, really, all the breweries have delicious sake, and with my vocabulary and expression skills, I can't express the distinction between the sake.

Happy New Year! I had a corona at the end of the year, but I have recovered enough to have my first drink. Please take care of your body and mind so that you can have a good sake life in 2025. ☺️ My first drink of the year was a Junmai Ginjo from Setsujaku. It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake without any peculiarities. It is a perfect accompaniment to light meals and (of course) Japanese cuisine. I wish you all the best this year 😀.
