Long time no post. The brewery is located in Dogo-Kitamachi, Matsuyama City. The first taste is clean and dry. It goes down your throat nicely, and although there is a little bit of a tangy aftertaste, overall it is easy to drink.

After work, I bought some snacks and drank sake.
This time I chose Dogo Kurazake Josenshu.
It is a regular sake brewed by Mizuguchi Sake Brewery, the nearest local brewery to my house.

It is completely new to me!
Before I drank it, I thought it smelled pretty much like sake! I thought it might be okay, but it was easy to drink. 👍🏻 It's spicy. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get a good deal on this one.
The first time I had a drink and it tasted good, so I was satisfied!

Silent when opened, no gassiness
Pineapple-like aroma with a hint of rice flavor.
The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness.
Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake.
The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge.
It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

This sake has a fresh and clean taste, which is typical of a nama-zakoro-zaké and aluzaké. It was a little sweeter than the Chifuku unpasteurized sake we had previously tasted, which made it a more pleasant sake to drink.
If you don't drink it on a trip to Dogo Onsen or get it as a souvenir, the impact may be a little weak.
