It is a regular sake brewed by Mizuguchi Sake Brewery, the nearest local brewery to my house. The sake is a regular sake brewed by Mizuguchi Shuzo, the local sake brewery closest to my house. Here is what we got. Dogo kura sake! It is completely new to me! Before I drank it, I thought it smelled pretty much like sake! I thought it might be okay, but it was easy to drink. 👍🏻 It's spicy. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get a good deal on this one. The first time I had a drink and it tasted good, so I was satisfied!

This sake has a fresh and clean taste, which is typical of a nama-zakoro-zaké and aluzaké. It was a little sweeter than the Chifuku unpasteurized sake we had previously tasted, which made it a more pleasant sake to drink.
