🌾Yamada Nishiki 🅰️17 degrees 🍶±0 A Fujiidera sake brewery that unfortunately went out of business in March 2022. It is believed to have specialized in old sake (2-3 years old), which is rare in sake, and brewed mellow sake. Purchased at a direct sales store in the winter of 2021. It has a strong aromatic flavor with a strong umami taste, yet is easy to drink. I may have felt that way because I let it sit for more than 4 years, but I am sad that I can't drink it anymore 😢. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
