🌾Hiroshima rice. 🅰️17 degrees
A limited edition sake brewed in a sake brewery. A refined sake with a hint of ginjo aroma. The brewery claims it is dry, but I think it is umami.

🌾Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture 🅰️14.5° 🍶+5.5
A brand name of Kuroryu Shuzo, a leading sake brewer in Fukui Prefecture. An easy-drinking sake with a modern elegance. It has a mellow taste with a good balance of acidity.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at the sake brewery of Nonta in Saijo Roadside Station. It has a sour and sweet taste, but like other Saijo sake, it is not harsh and has a clean aftertaste. The cat label is also nice.

🌾North Hokkaido sake brewing rice 🅰️15° 🍶+1
Purchased at Hankyu Department Store. Slightly dry and refreshing, but also very drinkable. The taste is right in the middle of sake.

🌾Higashi-Hiroshima City Zouka District Yamadanishiki 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at a direct sales place. This Saijo sake has both a gentle and pure rice-like flavor. It has a slightly sweet taste, but it also has a thick bone structure, so you can drink it as a mid-meal sake or as a single shot.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️18° 🍶+4
A limited edition sake purchased at the brewery. It has a strong umami taste at the beginning, but the aftertaste is clean. I wonder if the clean aftertaste is a characteristic of Hiroshima sake. Perhaps that is why it goes well with strong dishes. I recommend drinking it on the rocks.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Max Value. It is a cheap cup of sake with added sugar, but the gentle sake flavor comes first, and it is never sweet. Unlike the big brands that add sugar, I have the impression that even the recipe for adding sugar is an ally. Shobara's, Hiroshima's sake for all
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️16 degrees
Purchased at Mannen Kame, a direct sales outlet. It is a limited-edition sake blended with several kinds of sake. It has a heavy sake feel at first, which is not typical of Hiroshima sake, but as it goes down the throat, the advantages of brewed alcohol come out and it is unexpectedly refreshing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hiroshima Nishiki 🅰️15 degrees 🔗Kyokai No. 5
It is a limited edition purchased at the brewery's direct sales office. We bought it with the expectation of finding out what the fantastic Hiroshima Nishiki is. It has a strong flavor that is typical of Japanese sake without appealing to everyone. If you think it has a strong flavor, you can drink it on the rocks.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️14 degrees 🍶+3
Processor "Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery
Purchased at the sake brewery in Nonta, Saijo Roadside Station. It has a dry, dry taste that is rare for Hiroshima sake, which is hard to believe that it is made with 80% polished rice. If you are looking for rice flavor and richness, it is a bit of a disappointment, so it may be better suited for strong-flavored Western food than Japanese food.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Rice from Shobara City 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Avance. This is a cup of honjozo sake from Hanazake Sake Brewery in Shobara, one of the most famous rice-producing areas in Hiroshima. After opening the package, the sake has a strong, traditional sake aroma, but for some reason, it tastes just right when paired with the local Hiroshima greens. The power of local ingredients is amazing!
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Yamada Nishiki from Zouga, Hiroshima Prefecture 🅰️14 degrees
This is a series of PET bottles limited to Aeon. I was attracted by the interesting taste and bought it. Gentle sake common to Hiroshima sake. Reposted because I accidentally erased it.

🌾Nagano Miyamanishiki and others 🅰️14 degrees 🔗Kyokai No.7
Shinshu's best seller❓It is an ordinary sake with a strong dark rice color. An excellent sake that goes well with dark foods and acidic vinegared foods.

🌾Rice from Hiroshima Prefecture 🅰️14 degrees 🍶±0
Purchased at the roadside station Saijo, Nonta's sake brewery. It is a representative of gentle sake. Sweet, tasty, no clinginess, and sometimes I want to drink it irresistibly.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️17 degrees
Processor "Mukohara Shuzo
Purchased at Avance in front of Hiroshima Station. The brewery was established in the Showa period (1926-1989) with the support of a local business group in order to protect the only brewery in Mukohara-cho (Akitakada City). The brewery is now a processor, so the original sake may be purchased from somewhere else. It is an all-purpose muddy sake with a mature taste, not too sweet.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at 7-Eleven in Saijo. It is a cheap cup of sake with added sugar from Saijo, the sake capital of Japan, Fukubito. Still, it's clean with no harsh sweetness, which I guess is the ultimate Saijo Sake Brewing School!
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Kumano rice from Wakayama Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Yotte Kishikawa store. It is a sake that goes well with fish, with an initial acidity and a strong sake flavor in the aftertaste. It is best to drink it with food rather than as an everyday evening drink.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Koshihikari from Ehime, Japan 🅰️16 degrees 🍶-16
Purchased at Harrods. A gentle sake brewed with amazake. It has a sweetness that makes you think it's dobrok, but at the end it's not clingy due to the refreshing feeling of sake. I like to drink it chilled in summer.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Asahi rice from Okayama Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+3
Purchased at Nishina Food in Kojima, Okayama. A deeply flavored sake that changes from a gentle drinking mouthfeel to a firm, heavy umami mouthfeel in the middle. I want to drink it shipporously with strong food.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Gohyakumangoku etc. from Niigata Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees 🍶+5.0
Purchased at Niigata Mokome. Although it is a regular sake, it features rice polished to 55%. It is thought to be light, but the more you drink it, the richer and more habitual it becomes.
