🌾Hatan Nishiki 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Kurukuru Naruto Roadside Station. Sourness comes first, followed by bitterness and alcohol, which is typical of junmai sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Nihonharu from Tokushima Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Kyouei, a local supermarket in Tokushima. It seems to be a standard cup sake in Tokushima. It has added sugar, but has a delicious flavor that goes well with sashimi.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Yamagata Prefecture Izuwasanzan 🅰️15° 🍶-3 🔗Ogawa yeast
Slightly sparkling sake that can be served cold or on the rocks. The subtle sweetness and the fairly strong sake taste go well with meat dishes. It's not too sweet, so it could be as versatile as a highball.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Weighing: Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, Aizan, etc. 🅰️17 degrees
Kuromatsu Kenbishi is a blend of aged sake up to 5 years old, whereas Mujirushi is up to 4 years old. It is rich and mellow, and you can feel the unwavering sake making process.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Omachi from Okayama Prefecture 🅰️16° 🍶+10 🔗Ogawa 10
Elegant taste at first with a clean aftertaste. Carefully brewed (it seems), sake made with Omachi.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Ihyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture 🅰️15.8° 🍶+3
Purchased from Niigata by KODEME. This sake is continuously produced by the Naeba Sake Brewery, which took over the business from the Takizawa Sake Brewery. It has an appealing taste that does not appeal to everyone, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku, and the peculiar habit of Junmai sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hinohikari from Kashida, Takatsuki City, Japan 🅰️16.5 degrees
Purchased at Meat Morita shop. Brewed in the Kashida area, a special doburoku area, this sake has a fresh, not so sweet taste that you can't really imagine from the outside!
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️19° 🍶+3
Purchased in Niigata by KODEME. Aroma and acidity with a strong rice flavor typical of matured sake are first, then combined with brewer's alcohol to create a moderate saltiness. It has a unique and interesting flavor.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾 Yamada Nishiki from Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture 🅰️16 degrees
A very soft sake, not sure if it is the synergy of soft water and Hyogo's Yamada Nishiki. The ginjo aroma is also impressive, sweet and fine quality.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️16 degrees
Purchased in Niigata, Japan. It is a regular sake from Niigata, so you would think it would have a traditional sake taste, but it is soft and moderately tasty, a little different from light sake but with a fine rice feel

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees
I bought it in Niigata. I bought the label. It's a perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness that coexist in a slightly sweet but firm sake flavor.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Tamaei from Chizu-cho 🅰️18.8° 🍶+6.1
It has a bold, straight and impressive flavor with a slight effervescence. It is a representative brand of Tottori or even San'in region. It has a versatile flavor that can be drunk all the time.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Tamaei from Chizu-cho 🅰️14 degrees 🍶+5
It is purchased at the direct store and Kajiya of the Suwa sake brewery that also appeared in "Natsuko's sake". The contrast between the illustration of Suwa-musume and the edamame (green soybeans) was just right, so I bought the label. The slightly low alcohol content does not interfere with the snacks, making it a versatile sake that goes well with edamame. Slightly dry
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Rice from Hokkaido 🅰️14 degrees 🍶+5
Purchased at Seicomart Bikuni store. A Shakotan-only sake that was taken over by the Tanaka Brewery in Otaru after the Shirakata Brewery went out of business. It has a strong alcoholic taste after the rice flavor, but it is surprisingly refreshing. I think it goes well with Shakotan's specialty, unotan (sea urchin) and smoked fish,
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15.7° 🍶+1
Purchased at Seicomart. Most of the brewed sake is consumed in Hokkaido. I would like to try this brand in my hometown. It has a solid, orthodox taste and is truly a fisherman's sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Hiroshima rice. 🅰️17 degrees
A limited edition sake brewed in a sake brewery. A refined sake with a hint of ginjo aroma. The brewery claims it is dry, but I think it is umami.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture 🅰️14.5° 🍶+5.5
A brand name of Kuroryu Shuzo, a leading sake brewer in Fukui Prefecture. An easy-drinking sake with a modern elegance. It has a mellow taste with a good balance of acidity.

Purchased at the sake brewery of Nonta in Saijo Roadside Station. It has a sour and sweet taste, but like other Saijo sake, it is not harsh and has a clean aftertaste. The cat label is also nice.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾North Hokkaido sake brewing rice 🅰️15° 🍶+1
Purchased at Hankyu Department Store. Slightly dry and refreshing, but also very drinkable. The taste is right in the middle of sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌾Higashi-Hiroshima City Zouka District Yamadanishiki 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at a direct sales place. This Saijo sake has both a gentle and pure rice-like flavor. It has a slightly sweet taste, but it also has a thick bone structure, so you can drink it as a mid-meal sake or as a single shot.
