This sake is a pure sake that has been aged for a long time.
The aroma is mild on the palate, and the flavor is somewhat nostalgic, but with a robust taste and a bit of character behind it.
It was my first time drinking this sake, but I got the impression that it was a simple but very tasty sake I used to drink in the past.
When heated up, the flavor became more mellow and different from that of cold sake.
While everyone is trying to be modern and end up with the same old thing, this is a sake that is safe to drink and tastes like the old-fashioned way,
I am thankful for the old-fashioned sake that I can drink with peace of mind.
Although the type of sake is a little different, I felt happy to have found a new sake in the same Mie region as Miyamasugi, which I can no longer drink. おもちんPurchased when I visited Ise Jingu Shrine.

KabThis was a completely new brand to me, but I bought it immediately through mail order. It seems to be a brewery that produces a very small amount. It is a town of Matsusaka beef, so perhaps it goes well with the meat. There is not much information disclosed, and BY is unknown.
It was opened at room temperature. It has a rather strong alcohol taste and some nuttiness. It is rather yellowish. When drunk, it has a clear, watery transparency, with a slight ripeness like cashews, and it finishes quickly.
When heated to 40°C, it is quite sour, but when raised to 50°C, it has an orange-like ripeness with a sharp sharp sharpness. When cooled, it has an orange or sugary sweetness that accompanies the ripeness. It also has a good sharpness. The high temperature and warmed sake has a more orthodox ripeness, which is different from the room temperature sake.
Among the sharp types, at room temperature, it has a clear and transparent feeling that is unique, and can be drunk without giving the impression of being aged too much. This is a very high quality aged sake. It is rare, so you may or may not be able to drink the same one twice, but I liked it. This is the kind of bargain that makes it hard to stop visiting local liquor stores. えなIt is a strong sake with a guttural effect, somewhere between shochu and sake.
I could not drink it without mixing it with something. デビルLocation Matsuzaka City, Mie Prefecture

Aftertaste: The umami of rice lingers slowly.
Impression: Strong attack and umami
The moment it enters the mouth, it has a chocolate-like flavor and a strong alcohol taste reminiscent of spirits.
I have never had this type of wine before.
The aftertaste is not too strong, so it can be used as a food wine...
I thought it would be good as a food wine, but it was an unknown world... さなDRice used is unknown
It has a punch!
There is a slight sense of maturity, and the flavor and sweetness of the rice spreads.
The astringency and bitterness in the aftertaste are not bad either! ちょのみI was on a dry offensive, and I was definitely dry! I thought I was going for dry!
Sake! Don! It's so good! But the taste was not cloying, and it left a very delicate aftertaste! ジンA gutsy, tasty, oraganic child. I had never had it before, but it's been a long time since I've had it. It is delicious. It makes me want to eat fried chicken.
Is it a rare brand? It seems to be a rare brand, so let's have it gratefully. 楽しい夜更し❤❤❤❤ 29BY. A rich taste that's not just robustly aged. gishi_yamaA toast to the graduates, so we had a drink at Hanasaku.
The moment you take a sip, the flavor of the drink seems to burst in your mouth, and the rice flavor🌾 comes out at the end. It's like a deep dream🛏. さなDThe rice used is unknown.
It's a thick and spicy sake with a bitter aftertaste, but it's unique!
The mature bitterness remained for a while.
Kimchi and I had been fighting in our mouths for a while, but this was an addictive combination.
This brewery doesn't have a website and there's not a lot of information about it, so I don't know what other brands they have, but I'm very interested in it! gishi_yamaIt's been a busy day for me, so I've been to HANASAKU to recharge my batteries with a glass of wine... ✨✨
It has a smoky yet pleasant taste with a spiciness to it. You can feel the rarity of the taste 😋 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
