Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. Sake Go Around Kobe ① Unfortunately, I couldn't make the post on Sake Day, but I did enjoy Sake Day 🤣. I was so excited to see how it would be like to participate in my first go-around, I arrived 3 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11am as scheduled, but when I got out of the elevator, there were already more than 15 people in line, which was unexpected since it was held on a weekday 😂 I managed to make the second turn and entered the restaurant 😀 I had wanted to visit this restaurant before, and since the restaurant usually opens at 6pm, it was basically a restaurant I couldn't come to since I'm a morning drinker 😂. I am a morning drinker, so I couldn't come here 😂. I wanted to get some more, but there was a wait, and I had to leave because there was another one coming up 😁 My impression of the sake was as usual, all I can remember is that it was delicious 🤣 I've seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island, and I've also seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island. This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?
