Here is today's sake! It is a local sake from Saitama, Kinmon Sekai Taka 🦅. I tasted this sake when I visited Saitama and bought it because I especially liked it hot 🤗. The top aroma is a little subdued, like watermelon 🍉I first drank it chilled, and the sweet and sour taste is softly followed by a sourness that flows down the back of the throat comfortably 🍉. ☺️ It reminds me of a very refreshing summer sake! But the best part of this sake is when it is heated up! The sweet and sourness of the earlier mentioned sake switches from a fruity fruit sweetness to a mellow rice sweetness when heated! 🤗Ummm I just bought it because I like this deliciousness! It is good chilled, but even better hot! I don't think there are many sake that can be served chilled, but even better hot! I still have a few more bottles of Saitama sake to enjoy! Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

Sanko Tenpyo Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi Michihiro Yamauchi's sake was also hard to get my hands on because of the gutsy, robust image of his sake, following in the footsteps of Katsumasa Takagaki, the toji of the company. We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot. The flavor is carried through to the aftertaste, and the end result is a very strong and strong alcohol taste. It seems to be good warmed up, so it's time for a visit to Nonbei Yokocho. The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
