Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. The sharpness isn't bad either, and it's perfect as a sake for a meal. I thought it was good for everyday drinking. That's about all I can say for a 1-gallon bottle...

New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. Honshu Ichi Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Senbon Nishiki Gift 🍶 Yellowish color and a little bit of aged sake-like peculiarity 🤔. It's more classical than the modern taste of recent years 😅 It's a good learning experience to drink this kind of sake once in a while 😤.

The rice used is Senbonishiki from Kumano in Hiroshima Prefecture. This brand is probably the first. To be honest, I didn't know about it. The person of the shop said "It comes in after two years". At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.
