This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake. Saw it in a convenience store and bought it. Low alcohol sake with 5% alcohol content I'm not a strong sake drinker, so I get a little drunk after 2-3 gos of sake, but this one looks like it won't get me drunk at all! It's like a juice! No "shwashy" feeling, sweetness comes first, then sourness. The taste does not linger so much. It tastes like sakekasu (sake lees), and it's a taste of sake. There is a slightly peculiar aroma in the nose (a little bit bitter). I wish all sake were this low in alcohol content so I could try different flavors... Serve with Gouda cheese and salmon kimchi The cheese has a peculiar aroma that disappears nicely and goes well with the sake. Kimchi may not be a good match because the taste is too strong and all you can taste is the sourness of the argos.

At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

The clerk at the liquor store recommended this sake to me if I liked it sweet. Indeed, it was a perfect strike! My partner and I said in unison, "Delicious! I said in unison. This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.
