It was a sweaty day as I went to line up in Ginza in the morning to buy a bottle of wine.
The bottle said it was 18 degrees, so I enjoyed it slowly on the rocks.
I served it with edamame (soybeans), leatherfish, sweet shrimp, and surume tempura.
It was very tasty as a food sake.
