I am not a fan of summer drinks. It is because it is often too spicy or too weak. I bought this sake at a certain sake store I always visit when I go squid fishing in Tottori, because the brand I was looking for was out of stock. For some reason, the liquid is pinkish in color, but there is no mention of color in the description. I took a sip. There is no distinctive aroma. Oh, it is surprisingly sweet. It is spicy, but not too spicy that I don't like it. It tastes round. In general, it has a strange taste, and I never get tired of drinking it. There is nothing sparkling about it, but it has an irresistible, smoldering charm that makes you want to drink it. Tottori has a lot of interesting and unusual sake.

It was a sweaty day as I went to line up in Ginza in the morning to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle said it was 18 degrees, so I enjoyed it slowly on the rocks. I served it with edamame (soybeans), leatherfish, sweet shrimp, and surume tempura. It was very tasty as a food sake.

I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes. Apple and honey-like sweetness with a sense of thickening.

The sake was a donation of 50 yen per bottle. The liquor store told me to use it as a cooking sake if it tasted bad because it might be a bit of a twist, but it's also just plain delicious.

Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.

Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . I went to a liquor store near Niigata Station and asked the clerk, "Do you have any Yamama?" The clerk replied cheerfully, "We are out of Yamama, but we have Koshinoshiratori now. What is it? Koshino Jakucho...?" The clerk explained that the sake is made in the same tanks as Yamama, and that the middle sake is Yamama, while the aggressive and rough-run sake is Koshino-Shiratori. Well, I didn't know such a sake existed.... It is really amazing. I immediately had it in a wine glass, and the sweetness, umami, aroma, and gasiness were to my liking....................
