The 2nd meeting of Kansai Off-line Meeting Year-End Party ✌️. Around this time, tables were filled with Hormone Yakisoba is delivered one after another 🤣. And Shirokuma sake 🐻❄️! It's a light cloudy sake. Aroma is fruity but slightly dry ❄️. Easy to drink even when chatting easy to drink and easy to drink 😋.

Shirokuma Shirokuma - Winter light nigori - 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol: 16%. I opened a bottle of Hatsuzakura because my wife said it was too strong. It is soft and a little bit sweet. It is very different from the other two bottles that were made with a cloudy rice that looked like porridge. I would like to drink the animal series throughout the year 😊.

I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

A single-bottle of ginjo fresh-stored sake from a brewery in Higashinada (Narumi). Very pleasant sake quality. It's the season of hydrangea👍.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

Fruity
I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.

Hyogo Prefecture Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi Rice polishing ratio Alcohol 17.5 Junmai sake from Kenbishi. As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online. The color is light amber. The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma. It is a solid sake with a great posture.

Slightly yellowish. Aroma is sweet melon, not melon, but what would you call it? Watermelon lol Smooth and easy to drink This junmai sake is brewed with local rice and water by the Shirafuji Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is full of the local Wajima climate. It is a junmai sake brewed with up to 60% Wajima-grown Gohyakumangoku rice, carefully bottle-fired and stored in bottles. It is a perfect food sake to be enjoyed with a meal. After the Noto Peninsula earthquake on January 1, 1994, our brewery lost its function as a sake brewery. At the time, there were four bottles of unrefined sake in the brewery that were still in the process of fermentation. Two of the four bottles were Junmai-shu Wajima Monogatari. On January 13, breweries in Yamagata and Fukushima responded to our plight and removed approximately 2,000 liters of unrefined sake. The Goso Sake Brewery in Hakui, Ishikawa Prefecture, accepted the unrefined sake, topped it up and bottled it for us. In April, the brewery finally received the shipment and returned home. It is a precious sake that is the fruit of our passion.

It's the middle of the week, and it's time for a refreshing drink. We will be drinking "Wajima Monogatari" by Shirafuji Shuzo, a sake brewery that has made a comeback in the disaster-stricken island of Wajima. The label is full of flavor and hand-applied. When you take a sip, the refreshing sweetness and umami of Gohyakumangoku spreads in your mouth in a nice way. The acidity and umami are hard to describe in words. What is it? It is an interesting thing that happens every time I drink Shirafuji's sake. Even though it is only the middle day of the week, it is still a delicious sake that I can't help but drink again today.

Congratulations to Okinawa Shogaku for winning the championship. I am looking forward to next year's draft. Today we will have the Urare Shinigami: ☠️ This is the first Reaper at home. The font feeling is amazing, isn't it? The aroma is delicious vanilla and fruity grape. On the palate, there is deliciousness and sweet acidity, and the spiciness disappears after a while. Overall, it is well-balanced. It is delicious with sushi. It is the best match for oily sashimi. Delicious✨

I thought it might be limited to direct sales, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store. If you go down the shopping street near Okamachi Station, you will find an old shopping center with a supermarket in it. This is a community-based liquor store that is housed in it. They carry a wide variety of sake brands such as Yukitsuru, Asakayousei, Katanozakura, Kaygetsu, Sakura Masamune, Ootsuru, Shiraoi, Haginoduro, Shikizakura, and others. They seemed to be putting a lot of effort into craft beer and wine. The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The rice is lightly cloudy to the point of being orikara. Basically, it is spicy, but the entrance is clean, and it tastes good with a firm umami and acidity in the latter half.

Purchased at Takatsuki Hankyu. To be honest, they have a smaller selection of alcoholic beverages than Umeda Hankyu, but I think their lineup is more tasteful than Umeda. Umeda relies more on on-site sales. You can also buy Kuninonaga and Kiyotsuru at Takatsuki Hankyu. Grape and banana-like atmosphere. Not too sweet and spicy, but clear and beautiful. I wrote "clear," but considering it as a dry wine, I wonder if it is a mellow dry type. I said it was spicy, but there is a moderate amount of sweetness. It is a modest type of sake, but you can't go wrong with it.

9.3 The aroma is subdued, with a gentle sweet aroma derived from rice. Medium sweetness spreads in the mouth. It is not very fruity, but if one were to say, it is melon and lychee-like. The finish is clean with a trace of alcohol and a subtle bitterness that does not touch the palate. It is easy to drink and delicious as a light dry sake.
