The name is after the Kirin Castle built in Tsugawa, Aga Town, where the brewery is located. Why are there two phoenixes drawn on the kirin? It has a floral, floral aroma, and is it dry? It is a mellow sake with a sweetness that is in harmony with the sweetness, and has a delicious flavor that makes you want to drink it. This is the 500,000,000 7th bottle of the one-cup, one-pack festival.

Striking
It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

It is easy to drink and tastes delicious with a modest sweetness while retaining the fine sweet bitterness sensation of Miyaganbai! The subtle bitterness and gentle lingering taste is sexy 😊.

I received this as a gift from a friend! It's been a while since I've had a sake with a strong sake flavor, as I've been drinking a lot of mellow sake lately. I love the tangy and spicy sensation that lingers after the sake goes down your throat! I also liked the way the aroma spread in my mouth.

Purchased at the Nishinomiya Township brewery opening event. It's been decades since I've had kenrishi. When I was a student, I used to be so happy with kenrishi! I used to be overjoyed when I was a student. The brewer said that the filtration was used sparingly in order to preserve the umami flavor. The golden color of the sake is crisp and dry when cold When hot, it is full of umami. It is an excellent sake after all.

I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.

This is delicious! This sake has a fukuyoka (frizziness) of rice and a robust flavor, just like junmai (pure rice).

I usually prefer fruity sake, so it is not a brand I often get, but I happened to have a chance to try it. I had heard that most Hiroshima sake is sweet, but this one is basically dry in all specifications. The aroma of the opened bottle was pleasant, probably because it was a draft sake. As the +10 number indicates, there is no sweetness, but perhaps because of the aroma, there is no harshness from the alcohol. It is a nice sake that is refreshing and somewhat fruity. It is said to go well with sushi and sashimi, and it certainly does.

My first Kamekichi. And my first Marumori-san. Delicious food 😭I love Aomori cuisine! Sake is going fast. The first glass was Toyobai. The first glass was Toyobai, and the second was Kameyoshi! The taste is so unique...! LOL! It has no sweetness at all and tastes like it is being smoked. According to my sister, it is a sake version of highball. (She says it means it doesn't interfere with the meal. lol) I can't say it has no habits, but I can say it does. LOL! It was a strange sake in my opinion!

Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!

I purchased the light nigori of 2024, the light nigori of Fukushin, which is shipped every spring, at this time of year when the rainy season is about to begin. It has a full and deep flavor. It has a slightly fruity expression, but the "arashibari" effect and the alcohol content of 16% must be responsible for the rich and powerful flavor!

Again this year, we went to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Hitachi. The cherry blossoms were only half in bloom, but the weather was mild and there were many visitors. I enjoyed cherry blossom viewing with Fukushin Sakura Ginjo as usual. Yesterday's TV program introduced Miyamanishiki Jungin Nama-zake from Fukushin. but this time of the year, Sakura Ginjo is the best! 50% Yamadanishiki polished rice Arabashiri is fresh and fruity! Gentle sweetness and mellow mouthfeel The bitterness that is typical of new sake finishes it off. Sip it while admiring the cherry blossoms! For the first time in five years, the "Hitachi Fuyuremono" float was also on display. I'm glad to see that the festival has finally returned to its full glory!

100% Hitanishiki Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content: 17° to 18 Acidity 1.5 Sake meter degree +4 The aroma is subdued. It is slightly colored and spicy, with a strong alcohol taste coming out through the nose. Unlike regular Fukushin, this sake is specially ordered by a liquor store in the same city as the brewery, and this was the first time I had it ✨. I thought it might not be my favorite 😅 at first sip, but when I paired it with a salty or oily meal, it was very nice and sharp👍
