[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

[The 2nd Bishu Competition Tasting Event ⑫ Tasting report finally comes to an end! Let's see how many drinks you can drink with the remaining tickets 😁. Unnoi Ginjo Koshu Hinichishin It has a golden color reminiscent of whisky, an aged aroma similar to soy sauce, a smooth mouthfeel with a caramel-like sweetness and a unique aged aroma, and a punchy burnt caramel aroma with a light aftertaste. This one had been aged since 1993, and it tasted like it was about to wake up to old sake✨.

I thought it might be limited to direct sales, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store. If you go down the shopping street near Okamachi Station, you will find an old shopping center with a supermarket in it. This is a community-based liquor store that is housed in it. They carry a wide variety of sake brands such as Yukitsuru, Asakayousei, Katanozakura, Kaygetsu, Sakura Masamune, Ootsuru, Shiraoi, Haginoduro, Shikizakura, and others. They seemed to be putting a lot of effort into craft beer and wine. The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The rice is lightly cloudy to the point of being orikara. Basically, it is spicy, but the entrance is clean, and it tastes good with a firm umami and acidity in the latter half.

Purchased at Takatsuki Hankyu. To be honest, they have a smaller selection of alcoholic beverages than Umeda Hankyu, but I think their lineup is more tasteful than Umeda. Umeda relies more on on-site sales. You can also buy Kuninonaga and Kiyotsuru at Takatsuki Hankyu. Grape and banana-like atmosphere. Not too sweet and spicy, but clear and beautiful. I wrote "clear," but considering it as a dry wine, I wonder if it is a mellow dry type. I said it was spicy, but there is a moderate amount of sweetness. It is a modest type of sake, but you can't go wrong with it.

☆☆☆☆☆ Bullet to Itoigawa to eat anglerfish hot pot. So, local sake. The first one is Yukitsuru. The aroma is like a strong sake, but it is easy to drink. It is not light and dry, but slightly sweet. I think it is good.

Limited edition distribution sake from a brewery famous for "Bunkajin". It has a full-bodied rice flavor and Moderate and distinctive acidity to induce an appetite. A deep and complex taste.

It seems to be a limited distribution product from the same brewery as Bunkajin! It has a refreshing ramune like aroma, sweet and sour flavors, juicy and deep 😋.

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

It was a sake with a Sake meter of +2, but it had a sweet and umami taste, and was also refreshing. It happened to be a perfect match for fried oysters with tartar sauce at this time of the year.

The name "Tomikyushin" was derived from "Tomizo" of Tomizo I, "Hisa" of Wakuri, the mother of Shigenao IV, and most importantly, "Kokoro" or "heart". It has a gorgeous heady aroma as soon as it is opened, cemedine aroma from the glass, and a full-bodied, umami sweetness. The aftertaste is a bit hard, with a hint of sakekasu (sake lees). Legs are few and weak, but long. It is a sake that makes you drink.

Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!
